Chapter 134 - Chapter 134: The Attack

"Seems like someone is there?"

Qi Xiaosai stopped in his tracks. Through the gaps between the wooden boards, he saw that the rooftop of the building opposite was actually swarming with zombies.

"The building opposite is full of zombies!"

"What!" Director Frank immediately grew tense and hurriedly looked through the gap. Sure enough, the rooftop opposite was packed with zombies, and they were jumping over one by one.

"Sound the alarm, quick!" Director Frank shouted.

The Black officer nearby quickly ran to a corner and pressed the alarm. The piercing siren instantly echoed through the entire station. Police officers holding firearms rushed out from various corners and began to snipe the advancing zombies through the gaps in the boards. Clearly, they were well-prepared, so this unexpected event didn't cause a panic.

"Let's help too!" Ryusei said. They also had firearms provided by Qi Xiaosai; although two had been damaged in the previous explosion, they still had enough.

Ryusei and Qi Xiaosai took the guns from Bun and Xiao Fei, telling them to take Diana and Yuki to find a place to hide. As for Big Strong, he was kept behind; among Bun, Xiao Fei, and the others, Big Strong's shooting ability was far better than theirs.

Downstairs in the station, everyone was pulling their triggers with all their might to stop the zombies' advance, but they soon encountered a problem: there were too many zombies!

"Why did the zombies find this place?! Could they be being guided by someone?!" Director Frank wondered. The arrival of these zombies was far too suspicious.

"Chief, a zombie is about to break through the line here!" a policeman shouted in terror. A hand had already poked through the wooden barrier in front of him.

"What!" Director Frank quickly looked over, trying to aim at the zombie that was about to break through the boards.

"Let me!" Ryusei rushed over. The holy sword of physics in his right hand directly smashed the hand on the board, while the gun in his left hand fired through the hole made by the zombie, blowing its head apart.

"Good job!" Director Frank shouted excitedly, casting a grateful look at Ryusei. If the zombies broke in, the consequences would be unthinkable.

"Chief!"

A section of the wooden boards was about to be smashed by the zombies. There were too many of them; even though the police kept firing, it wasn't enough to stop their advance.

"Chief!"

Another shout. Frank originally thought another board was about to break, but that wasn't the case.

"Someone is supporting us from the outside!"

Director Frank hurriedly looked outside. There were people, truly people. A police car had plowed straight into the zombie horde, knocking down a large number of them. Three men in police uniforms got out of the car. The leading white-haired man, wielding dual pistols, was slaughtering zombies in all directions; his cool and handsome movements instantly captured the hearts of many girls. Another man with short red hair held a shotgun; the high-powered shotgun in his hands claimed the lives of many zombies with every shot. The third man, also white-haired but with a more unconventional hairstyle and darker skin, held a heavy pistol.

"It's that guy October! Why are they here too?" Ryusei was deeply confused, but he knew now wasn't the time to think about it; pushing back the zombies was the priority.

The appearance of the three reinforcements immediately reduced the pressure significantly. The police managed to push back the large horde of zombies again. However, this was not a permanent solution; outside, an even larger swarm of zombies was already heading their way.

On the second floor of the station, September and the others were watching the situation below through the windows.

"I didn't expect October and the others to come as well." September watched October slaughtering his way through the crowd and couldn't help but feel curious. No wonder Fujino hadn't let them take action; she had anticipated that October and the others would arrive. However, without using their Seventh Sense, even the three of them probably wouldn't find it easy to repel this zombie attack.

"Sister September, look over there." Beside September, Little Cang Yue tugged at her clothes and pointed in a certain direction.

"What's wrong?" September looked in the direction Little Cang Yue was pointing; in a dark corner, a woman was standing there.

"That's the one who came with Ryusei. If I remember correctly, her name is Yuki," September said.

"That's right, the cross-dressing brother said that sister's name is Yuki." Little Cang Yue nodded.

"I see, so she's the one who drew these zombies here." In September's line of sight, Yuki seemed to be playing something on an instrument. Although she was deliberately hiding in the shadows, she couldn't escape September's notice at all.

"Should we go warn them?"

Just as September was considering whether or not to expose what Yuki was doing, a zombie suddenly caught her attention.

"Is that the singer?"

Long red hair and that face seen on posters—though his complexion had turned a sickly iron-blue, it didn't stop September from recognizing him.

"What's wrong, Sister September?" Little Cang Yue didn't recognize who the red-haired zombie was and couldn't help but ask curiously.

"A singer, I suppose. I didn't expect him to end up like this," September explained casually, then saw the long-haired zombie jump down in her field of vision.

Downstairs, the long-haired zombie broke right through the wooden boards and entered the police station. Seeing this, Qi Xiaosai wanted to use his gun to end the zombie's life, but he was stopped by Director Frank. Director Frank quickly explained, "That's no ordinary zombie! That's the leader of this area. If you kill him, it will draw even more zombies. The best way is to capture him alive!"

Upstairs, Asagami Fujino lightly patted Cang Yue, restoring her mobility, and said with a light smile, "Let's go."

"You bastard!"
