Chapter 66- The Child Of Gold (Part 5)
Getting close enough, Rein summoned the arrows around as he shot them toward the monster while he leaped in the air. At the same time, the spider moved down, descending from the building at terrifying speeds.
It seemed far more outraged now that Rein kept escaping it. Using the blessing of the child, Rein was able to avoid the attacks with way more efficiency. The boost seemed to increase all his physical abilities by several folds, which was ridiculous to even think about. Rein felt like he was a monster at that moment.
Just a killing machine that couldn't be stopped, one that even this horrendous beast couldn't easily kill. Rein was being taken seriously as a threat, and he could see it in the spider's eyes as it rushed down toward him.
Charging his blade up, Rein sliced the thin air. The golden light manifested into a sword slash as it flew toward the spider at extreme speeds.
