If humans on Earth use technological means—as long as they don't act stupidly and try to blast them with a nuclear bomb, but instead use things like coagulants—they can generally win.
And the heights of the Nine Tailed Beasts range from 50 to 70 meters.
One could say that an ordinary adult Godzilla is already comparable to a Tailed Beast in size. Of course, if they actually fought, an ordinary Godzilla would definitely be torn to shreds by a Tailed Beast in minutes.

Hell Godzilla comes from an officially recognized fan comic; this guy literally fought his way through Heaven and Hell, being incredibly fierce.
Ice Godzilla is covered in ice and snow and possesses the ability to pierce through space.
And Urobutcher Godzilla is even more impressive, arguably the one with the highest prestige among all Godzillas.
