## **Friendship… or Something More**
This is the first time I am trying to write something.
I am not a writer, and I don't even know how to express things properly. I just want to gather my thoughts and place them somewhere. I don't know what is right or wrong in life. I don't even know what I truly want.
So today, I decided to give my thoughts a story.

### **The Beginning**
There was a boy named **Gaurav** and a girl named **Bhawna**.
It was Gaurav's first day in college. He had no friends. Some people came into his life, whom people usually call "new friends," but Gaurav couldn't connect with them. He was an introvert—someone who preferred being alone—but deep inside, he still wanted a friend… someone he could emotionally connect with.
After some time, he did make a few friends. Everything seemed fine. Life felt good. He had a friend circle, and everyone seemed nice.
But maybe he forgot one thing—
**people change.**
Just like leaves fall when seasons change, people also move on. New people enter their lives, and they forget the old ones.
Something similar happened with Gaurav.
And when it did, it broke him.

### **The Real Story Begins**
Bhawna was a very intelligent and helpful girl.
One day, by chance, Gaurav met her because he needed some notes related to his studies. It was their first meeting, and he didn't even know she was his classmate.
They talked.
They got to know each other.
And that was how everything started.
Slowly, they began talking more often—sometimes about studies, sometimes about college, and sometimes just random things. They started spending time together.
Gaurav didn't realize what was happening.
Something was changing.
He even started calling her "cartoon" in a playful way. Bhawna would get angry and say, "I won't talk to you anymore," but she always came back and continued talking.
Time passed…
And they grew closer.
They started sharing everything with each other. Bhawna began to feel safe around him. Gaurav, on the other hand, was changing. Maybe… he had started liking her. But he didn't realize it yet.

### **A New Turn**
The first semester passed, then the second. Everything was going well. They respected each other and shared a strong bond.
But then…
a third person entered their story.
His name was **Ravi**, a common friend of both Gaurav and Bhawna.
Whenever Gaurav tried to spend time with Bhawna, Ravi would appear. He would talk to her, and Gaurav started feeling uncomfortable. It hurt him, but he kept telling himself that it was just his imagination.
Slowly…
the conversations between Gaurav and Bhawna began to decrease.
Distance started growing.
