Without giving Semya a chance to defend him she is quick to launch her swift attack towards Semya, but not lethal attack that would mortally wound Semya, as she is also using the handle making her moves more unpredictable as Semya tries to watch closely but couldn't due to Moria fast pace in her attack. Semya tries to use his dragon arm for more defensive manoeuvres as he uses the more tougher part of his arm to block the incoming attack, and was able for a short moment but still could move fast enough to attack Moria. Then looking closer towards her feet, Semya can see how she moves, only three to her dominant side and leaping towards her opposite for a devastating attack which gave Semya an idea, quickly he tried to act how Moria would fight trying to predict where she's going to take her fourth step.
Until suddenly Semya then properly clashes his weapon against Moria's spear "aw able to read my moves that quickly. Well let's change it up"
Then Moria suddenly kicks Semya in between the legs as he yells in pain as he falls to his knees, grabbing onto something below his belt. But before he could register the pain he was also kicked by Moria, launching him into the pool of water.
Sally yelled "hey that's not fair!"
Moria looked back at Sally "what, it's not like you did it before"
Sally tch at Moria "true. But fair."
Then Moria jumps into the pool of water changing her human appearance into her more natural a Siren, as she swims fast towards Semya, he could barely see her due to the water being dark despite there being light casting from above and Semya can feel Moria force as he is being pushed around with ease, but Semya is losing his breath and is quick to make it back towards the surface and taking a big breath of fresh air before he is grabbed from below by Moria and dragged back underwater.
Meanwhile Sally is a bit horrified by the battle and wanted to help but was stopped by Akaumo "you can't this is mama's sparring"
"Sparring? Okay listen you little scales, calling this a sparring match isn't one I be calling it, if the opponent has the obvious advantage"
"But daddy said that this man with the funny arm can manipulate water like mommy"
"Yeah he can use some sort of water manipulation technique. But he can only convert the waves and that's it"
"You sure?"
"What?"
Looking down towards Akaumo confused "When your friend uses his dragon markings I can feel his powers coursing through the seas" Akaumo having a confident face, as they both witness the water beginning to glow once more.
Semya enduring more of Moria's attacks underwater, he can suddenly feel something coursing with in him, and when he look towards his hand he can see the dragon marking has once appeared once more on his hand, and suddenly his hand was raised and he witness his hand focusing and forming a pocket of air and forming a bubble, and as Moria is charging towards Semya ready to land another blow, Semya didn't hesitate as he moves arm towards Moria and with a close of his hand the bubble is fired causing it to create a jet of water shooting towards Moria as it makes contact with her. She feels the full force of Semya's attack as she now feels like she can't move her body as she is temporarily paralyzed. Semya feels drained but needs to get to the surface, quickly he grabs Moria's body that she was paralyzed from top to bottom and they both reach towards the surface as they both get back to land Sally and Akaumo was quick to aid them.
"Mama are you okay" with no response but she can only let out a groan.
"So Stowaway, did you really do it? I never thought you had the courage to do it"
"No, she's still alive. I think I just stunned her"
Moria groan again but more annoyed towards Semya, "the move you used on mama seems to only temporary paralyzed her, it would only take a moment if she takes some medication" as Akaumo pulls out some medical herbs, Moria groans again nervously "but mama you need to take some medical herbs even if it taste bad"
"Did you grow these?"
Akaumo nodded "indeed these herbs were specially grown underwater in special algae that mama and I can eat but though it was bitter, it was easy to consume. Mama hates it"
Sally smirks "but Moria isn't really moving at the moment. Give me the herbs I know exactly what to do."
Akaumo nodded, and gave Sally the herbs "also do you have a bowl I could use"
"Sure I made this from clay" Akaumo shows Sally the bowl of clay she made by hand.
"Thanks kid" Sally grabbed the bowl and puts the herbs, and grabbing a rock that can fit calming in her hand and the bottom of the rock smooth, she first clean the rock and begins to grind the herbs together adding a bit of water to the grinder herbs and mixed it together till it becomes a mushy paste then give it to Akaumo.
"Here kid feed this to your mother. And don't forget to make her drink some water"
Akaumo nodded, and smiled happily, and Sally did the same but with a more devious smile. Then walking towards Moria now sat up with her head leaning back and her mouth wide open, Akaumo brings out a spoon and scoops a spoonful of the mushy herbs and slowly moves it towards Moria's mouth as Moria's eyes are terrified and are filled with fear, as she tries to scream but can only scream internally, and Akaumo fed Moria the grinder herbs as it went easily down her throat.
After feeding Moria the medicine the three waited for Moria to feel better as Akaumo sat closer to Semya "Mr. Stowaway how did you defeat my mother"
"Mr. Stowaway… Sally told you to call me that"
Sally smiled happily with confidence
"When you activate that dragon mark I can feel your presence better. Maybe you are related to our dragon kind, Mr. Stowaway. Maybe that's why my father respects your"
"Well not sure about that. Zeal does respect me, but he didn't mention anything about being related to any dragon heritage. I was only born like this, causing my people of the village to dislike every appearance I make"
"Then you're just like my parents"
Semya looked at Akaumo with concussion as Akaumo looked down "before I was born my parents once told me a story about their past where they were also shunned by their people. Mother was shunned for being a defected to her Siren kind. And father was shunned for being genetically different from his dragon heritage"
"Aren't those the same thing"
"No but they both still have the thrived to live. And it inspires me to do the same, though being a hybrid of both species. I still want to thrive in a world I would like to call home"
Semya begins to chuckle "perhaps it's about time I stop worrying about people seeing me in their perspective and instead embrace my new appearance. Thank you Akaumo I really do need that speech" Akaumo smiled gratefully.
Then suddenly they begin to hear a cough and as they look Moria is feeling better, and is trying to cough out the medicine she was forced to eat "hey look at that the medicine I made seem to help" Sally showing a genuine smile at Moria's pain "can you shut up for a minute. I need to hovel in my own pain right now" as she then lies on the ground still feeling the medicine in her tastebuds. Soon a few minutes has passed and Moria finally got back up still taste the medicine but then claps for Semya's newly discovered ability "well I think you guys enjoyed your stay for far too long now and need to return to the surface" as she walks towards the pool of water and begins to use her water warping ability and the water begins to glow brightly "this portal I created that leads you both back towards your lovely island and your lovely crew members. Be a little grateful I didn't go with my instincts and eat any of them" "we'll keep that in mind" "good, then off you go. But also can you tell my husband that we're doing alright" Semya and Sally nodded as they both waved goodbye to Moria, and Akaumo. "Heh, I guess in another life my friends before you really chose wisely, especially you Semya, a forebear before my friend Gale", she thinks to herself.
Then as they both walk through the portal they find themselves back in a lake and they quickly swim back up towards the surface and find themselves back in Erpath.
