Chapter 23 - Chapter 23: The Glitch in Reality – Amine’s Desperate Counter

The explosion at Whiskey Peak didn't just destroy buildings; it tore the very fabric of the sky. Instead of stars, the crew could see rows of "Binary Code" leaking through the cracks. The Senior Editor stood unfazed, his static-filled suit crackling like a dying television.

"You don't understand, Amine," the Editor whispered, his voice echoing from everywhere and nowhere. "Every time you draw a new path, you create a 'Plot Hole'. The Origin Author hates Plot Holes. They make the story messy. I am here to make it clean again... by removing the cancer that is you."

Amine felt his heart hammering against his ribs. His vision was swimming in violet light as the system flashed red warnings.

"Luffy! Zoro! Nami!" Amine shouted, his voice cracking. "He's not fighting with physical strength. He's fighting with the 'Rules'. We have to break the rules to win!"

Luffy, sensing the absolute danger, threw a Gomu Gomu no Pistol, but the Editor simply 'Selected' Luffy's arm and moved it to a different 'Layer'. Luffy's fist ended up hitting a wall three streets away.

"Nami, give me your Clima-Tact!" Amine barked.

Nami tossed the staff. Amine caught it, and despite the agonizing pain in his chest, he began to draw directly onto the wood. He wasn't drawing weather; he was drawing a 'Logic Virus'.

"If he wants to play with the code," Amine gritted his teeth, "let's see how he likes a virus in his system!"

As the ink merged with the Clima-Tact, it turned a deep, neon green. Amine swung it, releasing a cloud of ink-mist that didn't just create fog—it began to 'Corrupt' the Editor's static suit.

"What... what is this?" the Editor stammered, his body flickering as if he were losing his connection.

"It's called 'Fan Fiction'!" Amine roared. "A power you can't control because it doesn't belong to your Author!"
