They had barely made it out of the school gates before the security guard's flashlight swept across the path behind them. Breathing hard and still flushed from everything that had almost happened in the storage shed, Kai and Kath walked side by side toward the main road leading to their homes.
The evening air felt cooler now, but the heat between them refused to fade. Every stolen glance, every accidental brush of their arms brought back the memory of their half-naked bodies pressed together in the dark — her soft, heavy breasts against his chest, his hands gripping her bare skin, the desperate way they had been grinding against each other just moments before the interruption.
The silence between them was thick and awkward. Both were too shy to speak first, replaying the intense moment in their heads.
Finally, Kai cleared his throat and took the initiative.
"There's no going back now, you know?" he said, his voice low but carrying a hint of a smirk.
"Hm, I know," Kath replied softly, no trace of regret in her tone. If anything, it sounded like the best possible outcome for her.
Kath glanced at Kai. "Why are you saying it like I'm the one regretting what happened? Let me tell you again — I love you too. I'm saying it as seriously as I can, so you better not get any weird ideas."
Before he could finish, Kath reached over and pinched his arm hard.
"Ouch! Why did you pinch me?" he yelped, rubbing the spot.
"Because I can," she said with a small, satisfied smile.
Kai smirked, deciding to tease her right back. "Well… I really liked the feeling of your boobs in my hands."
Kath's face instantly turned bright red, almost tomato-like. "What the hell are you saying?!"
"I'm saying it because I can," he continued, clearly enjoying her reaction. "You're mine from now on. And honestly… I genuinely loved how those soft mounds of flesh felt flattening against my body. So warm and heavy…"
"I'm gonna kill you someday!" Kath exclaimed, lightly punching his arm. But instead of staying angry, she grabbed his arm, wrapped it around her waist, and leaned her head against his shoulder as they walked. Her body pressed gently into his side, the closeness feeling both comforting and electric after what had happened earlier.
They walked like that for a while, the shy tension slowly melting into something warmer and more intimate.
"Anyways," Kath said after a moment, her voice a little quieter, "my parents are going on a trip this Sunday. The house will be empty… If you're free, you should come over."
Kai's heart skipped a beat. He looked down at her, catching the subtle blush still lingering on her cheeks and the playful yet hopeful glint in her eyes.
A slow, mischievous grin spread across his face.
"I'll be there," he replied without hesitation. "Wouldn't miss it for anything."
They walked a little further, still wrapped in that warm, teasing closeness. Kath's head rested against Kai's shoulder, her arm looped through his as the streetlights flickered on one by one. The playful banter about Sunday and the empty house hung in the air like a promise, making both of them smile in the quiet evening.
They reached the big cross-section near the main road. The traffic light had just turned red for pedestrians, but the crossing was empty except for one strange sight in the middle of the road: an unattended stroller, parked right in the center of the lane. A baby's loud, panicked cries cut through the night air.
Kath stopped, eyes widening. "Kai… look!"
Before she could say anything else, the sound of screeching tires and a blaring horn exploded from the far side of the intersection. A massive delivery truck came barreling toward them, its brakes clearly failed, swerving wildly out of control. The driver was desperately honking, but the heavy vehicle was gaining speed, heading straight for the stroller.
Kai didn't hesitate.
"Stay here!" he shouted, yanking his arm free from Kath's grip. He sprinted into the road, shoes slapping against the asphalt. The baby's cries grew louder as he reached the stroller in seconds. Without thinking, he grabbed the handle and shoved it hard toward the sidewalk, sending it rolling safely out of the truck's path.
The mother, who had been frozen on the opposite curb, screamed in relief as the stroller stopped near her.
But Kai wasn't fast enough to get clear.
The truck's front grille slammed into him at full speed. The impact was brutal — a sickening crunch of metal and bone. His body was thrown sideways like a ragdoll, tumbling across the road before sliding to a stop near the curb.
"KAI!!" Kath's scream tore through everything.
She ran to him, dropping to her knees beside his broken body. Blood was already pooling under him, his white school shirt turning dark red. His breathing was shallow, ragged, eyes half-open and glassy.
"Kai… Kai, please… don't… stay with me!" she sobbed, grabbing his hand tightly with both of hers. Tears streamed down her face, dripping onto his chest. "You idiot… why did you do that?! You promised… you promised you'd come over on Sunday… you can't leave me now!"
Kai's fingers weakly squeezed hers. His vision was blurring, the world fading into a haze of pain and flashing lights. In his final moments, a strange, bitter thought drifted through his mind.
'Man… what a waste of life. I finally got Kath to confess… finally felt those soft, perfect tits against me… and I wasn't even able to fuck a single MILF. All those times I jerked off thinking about that neighborhood one… never got the chance. Could've had Kath all to myself this weekend… could've fucked her properly… Fuck… what a stupid way to go… FUCKING FATE DECIDED TO BLUE BALL!'
He let out a weak, broken laugh that turned into a cough, blood flecking his lips.
"Kath…" he whispered, voice barely audible. "Tell the baby's mom… she owes me big time…"
Kath shook her head frantically, squeezing his hand harder, pressing it to her cheek. "Shut up! Don't talk like that! You're not dying! You're not allowed to die on me!" Her voice cracked into raw sobs. "I love you… I love you so much… please… please don't leave me…"
His eyes met hers one last time, that familiar lazy smirk trying to form on his bloodied lips. Then his hand went limp in hers.
The sirens wailed in the distance, but it was already too late.
Kath collapsed over his chest, crying uncontrollably, her tears mixing with his blood as the world around them blurred into chaos. The boy who had just become hers was gone in an instant — all because he chose to save a stranger's child.
'Fuck... I wonder if there will MILFs like Earth in another life!'
That was his final thought before his eyes closed.
