Goosebumps surround his body as he reads it. He dropped the book in frustration, the air in front of him warped strangely. A shimmering vortex appeared, spinning slowly… then it swallowed the notebook with a soft pop. Lilo stumbled backward, blinking, unsure if he had imagined it. He became paranoid of what's happening to he's afternoon as he fled to, he's next class, on he's math class his teacher announced a test but because of he's paranoia he forgot to study and can't focus a bit and ended up getting a 9/30 score and a scolding from his teacher
His class had ended and proceeded to walk home but noticed that his backpack was heavier than last time, he opened to check and found the book again "what the heck?!?!..." he took it to open again but the previous texts are no longer there. He yelled "what do you want from me!??". The book spawned a sentence " I shall protect you as you are my master from now on...", Lilo yelled "WHATT?!?". Passerby looking at him and whispering. That triggered his nerves and ran to go home while holding the book to his chest.
Lilo got home in a lightning speed because of the whispering he got from the strangers, he quickly got into his room not having to hear his brothers greeting as he walked past him. Lilo locked his door as fast as he could and then sat on his bed, he opened the book again and saw that the previous texts once again vanish. he tried talking to the book, "hey book, talk to me…". he waited for an answer but got nothing. Because of a mental breakdown he fell asleep…
Moments later he had been woken up by a strange rattling noise from the book, he quickly took a peek on it thinking a reply had been sent to him. He saw the words "don't let big bro martin buy the onions!". Followed by a knocking on his door, "yo Lilo…are you sleeping? Do you mind buying onions to the store for a sec? Oh! nevermind i can do it". Lilo quickly replied "hey I'm awake! give me the money" he opened the door and found his brother waiting downstairs, "come here!". he fled with a curious and bothered look on his face because of what the book said. martin said, "thank god you're awake Lilo i lost my glasses earlier i can't see clearly", then gave the money to Lilo, "well that's unfortunate big bro I'm going now"
