Alessandro's voice was calm, but the command rang through the penthouse like a gunshot.
Adriana stood frozen for a second, her chest rising and falling rapidly. Her eyes glistened with angry tears, but she slowly sank to her knees on the cold marble floor, still wearing nothing but her black lace lingerie.
