Also worth mentioning is the special existence within the Ministry of Combat, the Great Emperor of the North Pole, whose divine position follows a unique principle.
Since it involves both the Great Emperor and the Ziwei Star, it cannot be used as a reference when designing a Devil Fruit.
Ash could not simply ignore everything else and create something trivial like a Meat Pie Fruit. As a result, all usable divine positions from the Investiture of the Gods era had already been incorporated, leading to a total of 140 newly designed Devil Fruits.
Among these, 74 controlled the Five Elements or special attributes such as Wind, Lightning, and Poison. Twelve had abilities related to time, while two controlled sound, bringing the total to 88. The remaining 52 Devil Fruits were reserved for later adjustments.

Attempting to raise the Light element to match the Five Elements or the other advanced attributes was unrealistic for now. It would be more efficient to strengthen Light and Dark together once a Dark-type Devil Fruit was designed in the future.

During a training exercise in Wano Country the previous year, Ash had designed an enhanced Azure Dragon Fruit capable of controlling Wind, Fire, and Lightning. This increased all three corresponding attributes by 60%.
The 60% Clone ability came from the Doom Serpent Fruit. This did not mean creating incomplete clones. Instead, it represented 60% of the fruit's original capacity of 300 clones, allowing Ash to generate up to 180.
