Chapter 77 - Collapse of trust

While 40,000 energy soldiers surrounded the place like an impregnable wall, Nahira did not even move her hand. She merely gave one look, a look saturated with the "Rizo of the Ruler," emitting a terrifying cosmic pressure the mountains had never witnessed before. In fractions of a second, the energy soldiers began to fade, evaporating like smoke under a scorching sun. Arius's great army turned into scattered dust as if it had never been more than a mirage.

Ken and Roge fell to their knees immediately, unable to resist the gravity that had multiplied thousands of times. Even Nahira's leaders and followers bowed against their will under the weight of her presence. As for Arius, he was the only one struggling to stand, his body trembling violently, sweat pouring down his forehead, his eyes reflecting an unprecedented existential shock. The atoms of his evaporated soldiers were forcibly returned into him, shattering his energy balance.

Nahira moved... She didn't walk, but folded distances in the blink of an eye to be directly in front of Arius. Blood froze in his veins, and he fell under the spell of her cold, lethal gaze. She approached his ear and whispered in a calm voice that carried the weight of galaxies:

"Do you know what I hate, Arius? Is it fear? No. Is it disobedience? No. Is it relationships? Also no... What I hate is losing trust in someone I cared about."

Before Arius could utter a word, she placed her index finger gently on his chest. At that moment, Arius did not feel a blow, but felt a cosmic explosion tearing his body's atoms apart. He shot off like an arrow, piercing the planet's atmosphere at a crazy speed, breaking the sound and light barriers in seconds.

Amidst the astonishment of Ken and Roge, who watched a human "meteor" leave the planet, Arius continued to propel until he collided with the planet's massive moon in deep space. The collision was horrific, as the moon's terrain collapsed under Arius's body, which was completely crushed by the force of the throw and the immense pressure, sinking into the midst of space rock debris alone, while Nahira remained standing on the planet, dusting the broken trust off her clothes.

While Nahira looked at her followers coldly, the fabric of space suddenly tore, and out of nowhere came Rhinus, Jelen, and Dark. They landed like mountains of Rizo energy that shook the planet. Nahira turned to her leaders and said in a commanding tone: "Take care of them.. I will go to finish the boy's matter myself," then she shot off like a purple ray toward space.

Gilius stood up, wiping the dust off his clothes with a provocative smile: "More games? It seems Arius has a secret stash of dolls." Rhinus stepped forward with heavy steps, his cold voice coming out like the hiss of ice: "Allow me to take care of that scoundrel.. for there is an old account between us that has not yet been settled."

While Dark, the Immortal King, looked toward the "Letter Leaders" and said with boredom: "I will take care of these fools, I will teach them the meaning of true immortality." As for the Dragon King Jelen, he rose into the sky and spread his wings that covered the horizon, his eyes burning with rage as he watched Nahira's assistant: "I will crush that assistant.. how dare he stand before our master's influence? I will show him his true size."

The three leaders set off, and bloody epics began on the planet's surface, as the earth's crust shook under the weight of their terrifying collisions.

On the other side, in deep space, Nahira reached where the shattered moon was. Debris filled the place, and suddenly, the rubble exploded with a scream that shook the cosmic void. Arius emerged from among the rocks, blood covering his face and his clothes torn, but his eyes were burning with the madness of power.

The moon evaporated completely under the influence of his energy, which began to multiply madly, and Arius transitioned into the "Highsphere" state. His power numbers began to rise terrifyingly from 900 Quintillion to break the limits and settle at 70 Septillion. An aura glowing in radiant sky blue ignited, a pure energy that almost blocked the light of the neighboring stars.

Arius lunged toward Nahira at a speed beyond imagination, directing a torrent of punches, each of which was enough to destroy an entire universe. But Nahira remained standing in her place, exerting no effort, instead beginning to block those devastating blows with only her fingertips, and with languid, fluid movements.

She looked into his eyes with a mocking smile as she whispered amidst the fight: "Very beautiful, Arius... this transformation, this power. But do you really think these numbers of yours mean anything before a cosmic ruler? You are nothing but a little doll trying to break its maker's hand."

Arius grew angrier with every strike her finger blocked, and he felt the gap between them was still like the ocean, so what would he do to break this coldness?

Arius stood in the vacuum of space, his breathing ragged and his sky-blue aura flickering like a flame in the wind. He said in a voice filled with frustration: "Damn it! Even though I am using my strongest transformation, I am still helpless... Was she just playing with me all this time? I was a fool to think that increasing my numbers would give me victory over her."

Arius felt humiliation coursing through his veins, so he screamed madly: "Nevertheless... I will not surrender!". Suddenly, he unleashed his strongest card: "Activate the Void Field!".

But the shock was fatal; as soon as the black field began to form, it shattered immediately like fragile glass under a heavy hammer. He had barely grasped what had happened when Nahira manifested directly in front of his face, and before he could blink, her punch landed in his stomach with a force that pierced his insides, to the point that blood exploded from his eyes and mouth like a crimson waterfall. Arius was thrown far away, but Nahira, with terrifying speed, folded the distance and grabbed his head before he could hit any debris, and gripped his skull with immense force that began to make the bones groan and break. Arius's scream rose in the silent space, a scream of existential pain that tore the stillness of the universe.

On the planet's surface, the scene was no less bloody. Dark, the Immortal King, stood amidst the corpses of the "Letter Leaders" whom he had crushed like insignificant insects, then brushed off their blood coldly and directed his gaze toward the peak where the fiercest battle was taking place.

Rhinus clashed with Gilius in a collision that shook the pillars of the Sixth World. Gilius laughed madly, blood flowing from a wound on his forehead: "Ooh! You surprised me.. it seems you are completely different from that day in the tournament!".

Rhinus looked at him with an icy, lethal gaze, and said in a voice dripping with resolve: "And you will fall before me now.. you little brat."

Gilius replied with provocative arrogance: "Come.. I will give you a chance to hit me!".

Gilius did not finish his sentence until the distance between them vanished; Rhinus's speed broke the limits of logic and time, to appear suddenly in front of Gilius's terrified face. Gilius received a punch that shattered his jaw and threw him out of the planet's atmosphere like a meteor. Rhinus did not stop there, but charged a massive ray of energy in his palm and fired it behind him, to pierce space and hit Gilius, who tried to block it, but the ray was so scorching that it evaporated the flesh of his entire hand, leaving it charred bones amidst his muffled scream in the void.

Gilius stared at his burned hand, its flesh eaten away to the bone, and his features were trembling with rage and astonishment. He whispered to himself indignantly: "Damn.. damn! How did this monster become this powerful? Only a few months have passed, he was like an insect before me in that tournament, and now he is matching me? What is this damn nonsense!".

Gilius raised his gaze to see Rhinus rising toward him in the cosmic void with terrifying coldness, as if he were the Angel of Death coming to take his soul. Gilius screamed in a voice that shook dimensions: "You will pay a heavy price, you flea!".

At that moment, a dark crimson energy exploded from Gilius's body, a brutal Rizo that began to shake the fabric of the place and rattle the neighboring universes. Rhinus felt the danger, so he braced himself and prepared for the worst. Gilius launched like a lightning bolt, burning all his energy in one dash, to collide with Rhinus with a legendary force that threw the latter outside the borders of the entire solar system in one second.

Gilius did not stop; he flew behind him at a speed that exceeded the speed of light, to the point that the planets they passed by began to move out of their orbits and crumble as a result of the pressure caused by their movement. Gilius reached Rhinus and delivered a shattering punch, the echo of the impact destroying Rhinus's arm completely.

Gilius screamed with a tone of terror and mockery: "What do you think now, you energy animal?!".

But Rhinus, with blood colder than ice, did not bat an eye. In fractions of a second, he regenerated his shattered hand thanks to his energetic nature, and with a treacherous and fast movement, he wrapped around Gilius and restrained him with a steel grip that could not be escaped.

And in a low voice, Rhinus said: "You do not understand the nature of Arius's soldiers.. we do not die from blows."

Suddenly, Rhinus performed a terrifying suicidal act; he detonated his internal energy into Gilius's body thousands of times in a row. Consecutive energetic nuclear explosions tore Gilius's body apart, who was receiving damage in every atom of his being, and yet, due to Gilius's spite and great power, he was still resisting death and screaming amidst the cosmic fire, trying to endure against this constant hell.

While Arius's body was teetering in Nahira's hands like a frail thread, he had lost consciousness completely after she crushed his pride and power. She looked at him coldly and said: "That is enough now.. I will see what I will do with you later." And with extreme humiliation, she grabbed strands of his hair and began to fly back toward the planet, dragging him behind her like a limp war trophy.

But the road was not clear; suddenly space tore open and Dark, the Immortal King, stood before her. He was arriving like an impregnable dam to save his master. Nahira raised her eyebrows dismissively and said: "Oh.. another animal."

Dark looked at his shattered master, and although his face was a dark void without human features, the aura emanating from him was overflowing with spite, hatred, and a cosmic rage that Nahira had never seen the likes of before. Dark did not speak a word, but lunged toward her like a black arrow, charged with pure killing intent.

Nahira tried to restrain him by manifesting her energetic chains that emerged from the void to wrap around his body, and she was surprised as she felt the impact of his iron will on her chains. She muttered as she watched him: "It seems your master is very dear to you, dark entity.. but this thing belongs to me, and that means you all belong to me too."

Her astonishment increased when she noticed that her chains, which usually absorb the energy of any being they touch, were completely failing to draw a single atom of Dark's Rizo. She said in amazement: "It seems you are a being that rejects my influence.. nevertheless, perish!".

With a gesture from her, Dark's body crumbled under the pressure of the chains, but in fractions of a second, he returned and manifested anew. She destroyed him again, and he regenerated in the blink of an eye. The matter repeated over and over, and the Immortal King would not stop lunging toward her, insisting on retrieving his master.

Here, Nahira realized that physical power would not be useful against this provocative "immortality," so she decided to end the farce. Suddenly, her left eye turned a deep red color, and a mysterious symbol resembling a scale appeared inside it. She said in an unquestionable authoritarian tone:

"Whoever's energy is greater between us, will win immediately.."

At that moment, Nahira's "Ruler" energy exploded to overwhelm the entire space, surpassing Dark's energy by billions of times. And with a direct cosmic order, she said: "Disappear inside your master!".

Dark had no choice before this enforced cosmic law; his dark body began to shrink and be drawn forcibly until it disappeared inside the unconscious body of Arius. Nahira closed her red eye, and sighed with annoyance as she wiped the dust of the battle off her hand: "Amazing.. I can't believe I used something like that on a lowly creature like that."

Nahira is now approaching the planet's atmosphere, and Arius and Dark are both under her grip. While on the other side, Rhinus is still fighting his crazy struggle with Gilius.

When Nahira landed on the planet's ground, her eyes widened with astonishment she could not hide; her trusted assistant Smith, who thought he was the master of the place, was submerged in a fierce battle against Jelen, the King of Predatory Dragons. Jelen's aura had reached a terrifying peak that hit 88 Septillion, and his dragon roar was almost tearing the atmosphere Smith had created.

Nahira muttered indignantly: "What is this nonsense happening here? How can an energetic creature reach this power?".

Nahira lowered her gaze toward the debris, and saw Ken and Roge standing in astonishment. She landed in front of them like an urgent fate, and Arius was still hanging from her hand like a limp corpse. Ken screamed as he saw the state of his young friend: "Nahira! Leave Arius alone! He has nothing to do with what we were doing, fate only dragged him to us!".

Nahira looked at him with a gaze dripping with disgust, and said in a sharp, narcissistic tone: "I hate being ordered around by anyone.. and I hate those who think they can bargain with me even more. Even if Arius had no hand in your filth previously, he has now chosen to stand before his queen for the sake of insects like you."

And with extreme negligence, she threw Arius's shattered body onto the ground, and stepped on it coldly as she headed toward Ken. Ken was trembling, not out of fear for his life, but from the aura of death that preceded Nahira's footsteps. Nahira raised her finger, and deadly energy particles gathered at his head, then she fired a lightning-fast ray that was targeting Ken's heart.

At that moment, and with a suicidal move, Roge lunged to sacrifice herself for Ken with her small body. The ray pierced her chest, and she fell soaked in her blood. Ken threw himself over her, screaming bitterly: "Roge! My daughter.. why did you do this?!".

Roge cried weakly, with blood coming out of her mouth, and whispered her final words: "Master.. please.. escape and live..". Then her soul went completely still.

Ken burst into tears and wailing, cursing injustice and cruelty, but he had barely raised his head when he found Nahira standing directly over him, casting her dark shadow over him. She said to him with a malicious smile and a cold tone: "I have good news for you, my friend.. do you wonder about your family you left behind? If you go to your 'beautiful' home now, you might find nothing there but gnawed bones, dead for over 10 full years."

Ken was stunned, and his tears stopped from the magnitude of the shock. He asked in a trembling voice: "Who are you? And do you even have a heart to do this to me?".

Nahira tilted her head, and with an arrogant, narcissistic look said: "I am what your narrow human mind cannot imagine.. I am above, and you are all under my eternal authority. And now.. enjoy your last moments of life, because the last thing you will see in your imagination are the bones of your family, and the hangman's noose that will hang on your beautiful neck to follow them."

At that moment, Jelen, the Dragon King, had tightened his grip on "Smith" and shattered him completely, but the thrill of victory did not last long. Suddenly, he felt a lethal coldness creeping behind him, and before he could turn, Nahira's hand pierced his back to come out of his stomach in a horrific scene. She did not speak a word, but unleashed a charge of Ruler Rizo that evaporated Jelen's energetic entity in seconds, for him to return forcibly inside Arius's consciousness.

Nahira raised her gaze toward the sky, to witness the descent of Rhinus dragging the shattered body of Gilius; Gilius was a human wreck, burned and mangled, taking his last breaths after the hell of explosions he had tasted. Nahira looked at her collapsed follower with contempt and said coldly: "You are useless.. none of you can be relied upon."

Rhinus did not hesitate; as soon as he threw Gilius aside like a worn-out rag, he drew his blue energetic sword that radiated immense destructive power, and lunged toward Nahira with all his might, directing a suicidal blow toward her neck. The collision occurred, and a sound echoed that shook the entire planet, and the surrounding mountains crumbled and turned into dust, but... the energetic sword shattered upon touching Nahira's skin as if it were fragile glass that had fallen on steel.

Her coldness did not give him much time; in the blink of an eye, Nahira stabbed Rhinus in the chest with her bare palm, for him too to fade and evaporate, returning to the depths of Arius, leaving the arena devoid of any resistance.

Nahira used the ability of "telepathy and psychokinesis," so the bodies of the shattered Arius, Ken (who had lost consciousness from the intensity of the shock), Gilius (who was half-dead), and the collapsed Smith, all rose to hang in the air behind her like broken puppets. Nahira flew with them across the sky toward her great palace, and the wind carried the echo of Roge's scream, who had departed life above the ashes.
