Fex stood there, panting after taking out so many rattaclaws. There were a few small cuts on his body as a result of being swarmed by these beasts, but once he relaxed, the cuts began to heal. In just a few moments, it was like as if he was never injured at all.
Currently, there were several dead beasts surrounding him, and he was contemplating traveling on the roofs. The building structures were severely damaged, and they didn't have very structurally sound roofs, but that wouldn't be an issue for a vampire like him.
The problem was that he would risk getting spotted by the deathbat.
'Should I? Should I not? If I go on the roofs, then I can avoid those rat-like beasts, and the deathbat flew away from me,' Fex tried to reassure himself, 'If it does come, I should be able to spot it easily.'
