The next day arrived faster than most could control, and before they knew it, the squad found themselves in front of Landor's gates once again.
The soldiers manning the walls watched them, but unlike the first time they arrived, their gazes were no longer filled with wariness or caution, but rather respect and solemnity.
"Ah, damn. I wanna say time passed by so fast, but honestly, this last month was busy as hell." Ragna scratched his neck and looked at the group gathered.
"That's right. A lot has happened since we got here." Aubrey sighed and looked up. "It's honestly surreal, it feels like its been a year rather than a month." Everyone nodded in agreement.
Silence then fell over the group, the Benita, who was now adorned in a Captain's uniform glanced towards the figure of Xander.
He stood further back, his hands in his pockets as his gaze was aimed down, though he was still listening. His clothes were casual, a simple shirt and pants, but both were black.
