After they went to the living room, Tachibana, Kurokawa, and Mochizuki ended up sitting together in the mansion's living room.
Yamada had stepped away to take a call, leaving the three nurses alone on the large couch.
Tachibana leaned back, arms crossed.
"So… that broadcast. He really went all out on Tamura."
Kurokawa grinned, clearly still riding the adrenaline.
"I knew it was him. That fake-innocent smile when he said 'I had nothing to do with this'? Classic Yamada."
Mochizuki blinked, looking between them in confusion.
"Um… what are you two talking about?"
Tachibana and Kurokawa exchanged glances.
Tachibana smirked.
"So… how was it? Your first time in the basement?"
Kurokawa leaned forward excitedly.
"Yeah! Did he tie you up? Was he rough? Did you cry and beg? Tell us everything!"
Mochizuki tilted her head, completely lost.
"Basement…? What basement?"
The room went dead silent.
Kurokawa's jaw dropped.
Tachibana stared at her.
Kurokawa suddenly burst out laughing, almost falling off the couch.
"Wait— you didn't go to the basement?! He invited you and didn't drag you downstairs?!"
Mochizuki looked even more confused.
"No…? Yamada-kun just talked to me. He said he wanted me to be his personal nurse. Live here. Take care of his health and… other needs."
She blushed deeply.
"I was going to agree today…"
Tachibana slowly facepalmed.
"Of course. Of course he gives you the soft route. You were the only nice one to him."
Kurokawa was still laughing, wiping tears from her eyes.
"We got the full dungeon experience — cuffs, bench, the whole thing — and you get offered a personal nurse position with benefits?! This is so unfair!"
Mochizuki tilted her head again.
"Benefits…? What kind of benefits?"
Kurokawa grinned evilly.
"Oh honey… you have no idea what you're signing up for."
Tachibana sighed heavily.
"Trust me. You're better off not knowing the details yet."
Mochizuki looked between them, still innocent and slightly worried.
"But… if it's for Master, I don't mind learning…"
The two nurses stared at her.
Kurokawa's grin widened.
"This is going to be fun."
Tachibana just shook her head.
"Yamada… you lucky bastard."
The three nurses were still sitting in the living room when Yamada returned.
He walked in calmly, hands in his hoodie pockets.
Mochizuki looked up at him first. Her face was still flushed from the conversation.
Yamada sat down across from them.
"So," he said, looking at Mochizuki. "Have you decided?"
Mochizuki fidgeted with her fingers. She looked nervous, but there was a determined glint in her eyes.
"I… I thought about it a lot."
She took a deep breath.
"I'll do it. I'll be your personal nurse."
Tachibana and Kurokawa both stared at her in disbelief.
Kurokawa leaned forward. "Wait, really? Just like that?"
Mochizuki nodded, cheeks red.
"Yamada-kun was always kind to me… even when I was bad at my job. And if he needs someone to take care of him… I want to be that person."
She looked at Yamada directly.
"I accept the offer. I'll move in and do my best."
Yamada gave her a small, genuine smile.
"Good. Welcome to the house."
Anri appeared quietly behind him, as if she had been waiting for this moment.
"I'll prepare your room right away, Miss Mochizuki. And your uniform."
Mochizuki stood up, bowing slightly to Yamada.
"Thank you for trusting me."
She followed Anri out of the room, still looking a little overwhelmed but happy.
Once they were gone, Kurokawa groaned and flopped back on the couch.
"This is so unfair. We got the full dungeon treatment and she gets the 'personal nurse with benefits' package? I feel robbed."
Tachibana smirked.
"You're just jealous she gets the soft version."
Yamada leaned back in his chair, still smiling faintly.
"She earned it."
He looked at the two of them.
"You two, on the other hand… still owe rent."
Kurokawa's eyes sparkled.
"Tonight?"
Yamada's smirk grew.
"Tonight."
Tachibana sighed, but there was no real annoyance in it.
"Idiots."
The living room felt strangely warm.
Three nurses.
One mansion.
And Yamada sitting in the middle of it all.
Calm.
In control.
Back with Mochizuki.
She stood in one of the mansion's spacious dressing rooms, blushing furiously.
Anri had laid out three different nurse outfits on a rack for her to choose from.
The first was a classic white and pink nurse uniform — cute, frilly, with a short skirt and heart accents.
The second was more revealing a tight, glossy white outfit with cutouts that showed a lot of skin, complete with thigh-high stockings and a syringe prop.
The third was the most daring a seductive black and red devil-nurse style with garter belts and a very short hem.
Anri smiled elegantly, holding up each one.
"Which one do you like, Miss Mochizuki?"
Mochizuki's face turned tomato red. She covered her cheeks with both hands.
"Ehhh?! All of them are so… so bold! I can't wear something like this!"
Anri tilted her head, amused.
"Master prefers his personal nurse to look… appealing. These are all custom-made for you."
Mochizuki stared at the outfits, overwhelmed.
She pointed shyly at the first one — the cute pink and white one.
"M-maybe… this one? It looks the most normal…"
Anri chuckled softly.
"A good choice for your first day. We can save the others for when Master wants something more… stimulating."
Mochizuki squeaked.
"S-stimulating?!"
Anri stepped closer and gently helped her try on the outfit.
As Mochizuki stood in front of the mirror in the cute nurse uniform, she fidgeted with the hem of the skirt.
"It's… shorter than I expected…"
Anri adjusted the little nurse cap on her head.
"You look adorable. Master will be pleased."
Mochizuki turned even redder.
"I-I still can't believe I agreed to this… Being his personal nurse… living here…"
Anri placed a hand on her shoulder reassuringly.
"You'll get used to it. Master is kind to those who are kind to him."
She leaned in and whispered teasingly:
"And if you're very good… he might even reward you."
Mochizuki nearly short-circuited.
Yamada walked into the room at that moment.
He looked at Mochizuki in the new uniform.
His lips curved into a small, satisfied smile.
"Looks good on you."
Mochizuki stood straight, embarrassed but trying her best.
"I-I'll do my best, Master!"
Yamada nodded.
"Welcome to the house, Mochizuki."
Later that night.
Mochizuki stood nervously in Yamada's bedroom, still wearing the cute pink-and-white nurse uniform Anri had chosen for her.
The skirt was shorter than standard. The top hugged her chest snugly. She kept tugging at the hem, face bright red.
Yamada sat on the edge of the bed, looking at her calmly.
"First duty," he said softly. "Come here."
Mochizuki walked over on shaky legs. She stopped right in front of him.
Yamada reached out and gently took her hands.
"You don't have to be scared. We'll go slow. Only what you're comfortable with."
Mochizuki nodded, still blushing furiously.
"I-I'll do my best… Master."
Yamada smiled faintly and guided her hands to his shoulders.
"Start by helping me relax."
Mochizuki began massaging his shoulders. Her touch was clumsy at first, but she quickly found a rhythm. She focused hard, determined to do it right.
Yamada let out a small sigh of relief.
"Good. Just like that."
After a few minutes, he opened his eyes.
"Next."
He looked up at her.
"Kiss me."
Mochizuki's eyes widened, but she didn't hesitate for long. She leaned down and pressed her lips to his. It was shy. Soft. Sweet.
Yamada kissed her back gently, one hand resting on her waist.
When they parted, Mochizuki was breathing faster, lips slightly glossy.
Yamada stood up. He towered over her.
"Last duty for tonight."
He gently guided her down until she was kneeling in front of him.
Mochizuki looked up at him, nervous but willing.
Yamada unzipped his pants slowly.
"Take care of me, Nurse."
Mochizuki swallowed hard. Then she leaned forward.
Her first attempt was clumsy and hesitant, but she tried her best. Yamada's hand rested gently on her head, guiding her without forcing.
He groaned softly when she took him deeper.
"Good girl…"
Mochizuki's cheeks burned, but she kept going.
After a while, Yamada pulled her up and laid her gently on the bed.
He was very careful with her.
Slow. Patient. Gentle kisses on her neck and chest as he entered her.
Mochizuki clung to him the whole time, letting out soft, surprised moans.
When it was over, Yamada held her close, stroking her hair.
"You did well," he whispered.
Mochizuki hid her face in his chest, embarrassed but strangely happy.
"Thank you… Master."
She stayed curled up against him, breathing slowly.
For the first time in a long while, Mochizuki felt safe.
And wanted.
The next morning.
Mochizuki woke up in the guest room Anri had prepared for her.
She sat up slowly, still wearing the cute pink nurse uniform from last night. Her face turned red as memories flooded back — Yamada's gentle touches, his calm voice, the way he held her afterward.
She touched her lips.
"I… I really did that…"
A soft knock came at the door.
Anri entered with a warm smile, carrying a fresh set of clothes.
"Good morning, Miss Mochizuki. Breakfast will be ready soon. Master is already waiting."
Mochizuki nodded shyly.
"I'll be right there."
Anri left.
Mochizuki stood up and looked at herself in the mirror.
She was no longer just a clumsy hospital nurse.
She was now Yamada's personal nurse.
Living in his mansion.
Taking care of him.
In every way.
She took a deep breath, adjusted her uniform, and walked out of the room.
A new chapter of her life had begun.
And strangely… she wasn't scared.
She was excited.
Later that same morning, the mansion doorbell rang.
Yamada walked to the front door and opened it.
Yuna, Nina, Shinomiya Natsu, and Mira stood there with luggage.
Yamada blinked once.
"You're here."
He stepped aside to let them in.
As they entered the foyer, he looked at them.
"Why did it take you three days to arrive?"
Nina grinned, setting her bag down.
"We were in no rush. We decided to explore some places in Japan we hadn't been to before coming to Tokyo."
Yuna smiled softly.
"We visited Kyoto… took a walk through the bamboo forest. Then Osaka for a day. It was nice."
Shinomiya Natsu nodded, smiling warmly.
"I wanted to see the cherry blossoms in a different city. It was peaceful."
Mira chuckled lightly.
"They dragged me along. Said it was a girls' trip before coming to see their fiancé."
Yamada raised an eyebrow, but there was a small smile on his face.
"I see."
Yuna stepped forward and held out a small, neatly wrapped gift.
"We brought you something from Kyoto."
Nina handed him another box.
"And this from Osaka."
Natsu gave him the last one, smiling warmly.
"From our stop in Nara."
Yamada took the gifts. He looked at the four of them — his childhood friends and fiancées.
For a moment, the house felt a little more alive.
He nodded toward the living room.
"Come in. We'll talk inside."
The girls followed him.
The mansion was no longer quiet.
The Tsubakihara group, along with Shinomiya Natsu, had arrived.
And with them came a whole new wave of chaos.
To be continue
