Tobirama's World (Second Hokage's World).
During this period, Tobirama had not taken any direct action. He had been wholly focused on researching technology.
When he went to support Kakashi Hatake's world (the Sixth Hokage's world), he brought back some technological items from that world.
Upon returning to his own world, Tobirama immediately began studying this technology without pause. He also trained a small group of scientists to elevate the overall technological level of the Leaf Village.
As for unifying the Ninja World, Tobirama indicated he was in no hurry. The other three great nations had already fallen into a state of subjugation and servitude. Only the Land of Lightning remained. The disparity in strength was already at a crushing level.
Once the Leaf's technology advanced another tier, dealing with the Land of Lightning would merely be a matter of time. There was truly nothing to be anxious about.
Tsunade Senju's World (Fifth Hokage's World).
Ever since witnessing the formidable power of the numerous Hokages, Obito dared not act anywhere near the Leaf Village. All his movements now were kept far away from the Leaf, fearing a direct confrontation with those Hokages.
He obtained the Rinnegan, which once belonged to Nagato, from Konan. Then, he began sowing discord among the other great nations.
He also took note of a very important individual: Sasuke!
Sasuke was still kept in the dark at this time, unaware of the truth behind many events. This gave Obito's schemes room to operate.
He found Sasuke and drew him into his own faction. He was preparing to directly instigate a Ninja World War!
Obito believed that even if those Hokages were incredibly powerful, they couldn't possibly deal directly with a large-scale conflict like a Ninja World War!
Namikaze Minato's World (Fourth Hokage's World).
Minato easily subdued the surrounding minor nations. He personally investigated all sorts of intelligence, and once he had a clear picture, he dispatched ninjas to strike swiftly.
For the other surrounding minor nations, it was nothing short of a catastrophe. Those small countries simply lacked the power to oppose the Leaf.
Coupled with Minato's own supremely formidable strength, every battle concluded at an extremely rapid pace.
The other great nations in the vicinity, wanting to seize an opportunity to act, could find no opening before the fighting was already over.
After devouring the surrounding minor nations, the Leaf's strength further increased!
During this period, Minato utilized his abilities to investigate other countries, preparing to begin attacking the other major nations. The unification path of the Fourth Hokage Minato's world was about to commence.
In the fantasy Sixth Hokage Obito's world, under Obito's leadership, the Leaf steadily advanced, each step solid and unwavering, leaving no opportunities for other nations. Their strength was formidable, quickly conquering the surrounding minor nations and even the Land of Wind. The so-called defensive ninjutsu of the Land of Wind's ninjas were utterly powerless against Obito's Space-Time Ninjutsu, and Puppet Techniques were equally ineffective. The Leaf easily captured it and continued preparing to attack other regions.
In the Path of the Ninja Tsunade's world, complete peace had now been achieved. During the previous Menma invasion incident, Tsunade had no choice but to request support from the other Hokage. Upon their arrival, they swiftly eradicated all hidden threats. The major nations that had acted alongside Menma were also eliminated, leading to the direct unification of this world's Ninja World—without a doubt.
In Madara Uchiha's world, progress was originally astonishingly fast! Aside from the Shira World, Madara Uchiha's world and Hashirama Senju's world had been competing for second place, hoping to become the second world to unify the Ninja World. Madara's actions were also swift, quickly conquering all other nations and successfully achieving unification. Faced with the formidable strength of this Ninja World Asura, the ninjas of that world had no means of resistance and could only be subdued, unable to mount any meaningful opposition.
In the original Third Hokage Kakashi's world, after the Chūnin Rebellion incident concluded, Hokage Kakashi's reputation grew increasingly prominent. Orochimaru contributed all his scientific research achievements, elevating the Leaf's ninjas' capabilities and equipping them with more refined gear. Medical technology also advanced rapidly. Against this backdrop, Kakashi decided to first target the surrounding minor nations, eroding them before moving against the other major nations. His mastery of the Devil Fruit grew more proficient, and his strength increased daily. Kakashi's confidence soared higher and higher.
In Sasuke's world, Sasuke sent Naruto to negotiate with Gaara, successfully allying with the Land of Wind. The Land of Fire and the Land of Wind united, becoming undoubtedly the strongest major nations in the Ninja World! The combined forces of the two nations' ninjas moved against the other major nations. In response, the other three major nations—the Land of Earth, the Land of Water, and the Land of Lightning—were thrown into panic. Each sent envoys to the other two nations, seeking to unite against the current Leaf. After all, the Land of Fire had now become an unprecedented behemoth; the power it mobilized was something none of the remaining three major nations could withstand alone. They had to unite to survive! However, the three nations had long-standing grievances, making unity far from easy. Amid their mutual evasion and bickering, the combined army of the Land of Fire had already reached the doorstep of the major nations. A great war was imminent!
Shira World.
Aoki had just finished looking at the latest technological developments.
Now, he was idly thinking to himself.
Almost half a year had passed.
Based on previous patterns,
the long-awaited Chat Group Conference should be starting soon, right?
In the past, whenever he waited for the Chat Group Conference,
Aoki always felt time dragged on endlessly.
This time, however, was much better.
After all, there was the Cross-World Chat Group now.
Even without the conference, he could still chat with the other Hokages.
But by his calculations,
the new conference should be starting soon.
And this time,
there should also be new members joining.
Just thinking about it,
Aoki felt a surge of excitement.
The newcomer should be the last remaining Hokage, right?
He wondered who this final Hokage would be.

a familiar mechanical voice echoed in Aoki's mind.

"It's here!"

Hearing this very familiar voice,
Aoki breathed a sigh of relief.
"Finally!"
Through his exchanges with the other Hokages,
Aoki knew very well that his world's progress was still in first place.
Maintained perfectly.
"Start it!"
He commanded.
[Ding! The Hokage Summit is about to begin…]

Aoki, of course, chose to invite.
"Invite!"
[Ding! Invitation successful!]
