The class ended in suspense. Neo was in deep thought as he strolled out of the hall, Bryce flanking one side, and surprisingly, Anika occupied his other side.
Neo wondered why this female alpha was suddenly sticking to him. She acted like she was his fan but not quite.
"Can we go to eat something now?" Anika spoke up, suggesting, "We should go to the seniors' cafeteria on the other side. They sell better food there and the quantity is higher than our level's ripoff cafe."
Neo was about to ask how she even knew that when Bryce said, "Why are you still bothering my Senior? I thought he told you to go away."
Neo never particularly chased Anika away. Not because he was really enjoying her company or anything like that. It was never a bad idea to know more people.
And for some reason, Neo felt like Anika was a very capable person.
