Seeing Kitahara Iori and his group walk in, the high elf manager, Riveria, froze in surprise. The rest of the vanguard looked over as well. When their eyes landed on the five tattered, limb-missing adventurers being dragged like sacks of potatoes behind Iori's crew, their expressions turned incredibly colorful.
"Yeah," Iori replied casually, holding the dragging rope in one hand. "Is the Loki Familia out here running your deep expedition?"
Thanks to the detailed breakdown Seito had given them before they left, they knew a great deal about the DanMachi world's layout, making them very familiar with the concept of a "deep expedition."
"Mhm," Finn Deimne, the Prum captain of the Loki Familia, responded as he slowly walked out from the frontline.
This small Prum looked exactly like a cute, golden-haired boy. While he appeared adorable on the surface, his posture radiated a deeply mature, commanding pressure. It was only natural, given that he was the absolute pillar and leader of a top-tier Familia.
"If you don't mind me asking, what exactly is the deal with those guys from the Soma Familia?" Finn asked, casting a brief glance at the battered captives.
Personally, Finn deeply despised thugs who enjoyed bullying the weak. However, he also calculated that Level 10 powerhouses like Iori and the boys wouldn't waste their stamina torturing weaker adventurers without a very solid reason. He wanted to hear the baseline logs.
"What else could it be?" Hidenori Tabata stepped up beside Iori, casually pushing up his glasses. "Just a bunch of absolute trash. When we first entered the Dungeon, these idiots purposely gathered a massive horde of monsters and dumped them right on us so they could save their own skins."
"It's a good thing they ran into our squad. If a group of fresh rookies or Level 1 adventurers had crossed paths with their little stunt, you guys know exactly what the body count would look like!"
Hearing his explanation, the members of the Loki Familia froze. They had heard rumors about this kind of underhanded betrayal before, but they had never personally witnessed it. After all, the members of the Loki Familia were all genuinely good-natured people.
But if the data checked out... then these guys thoroughly deserved it!
Of all the people they could have picked to screw over, they just had to provoke the absolute monsters of Seito's Familia!
"If there's nothing else, we'll take our leave first," Iori said, having zero intention of dragging out the conversation. They still needed to dump these punks on the 80th floor and let them fend for themselves.
"Sure," Finn nodded, but then he couldn't help but ask one more question. "Just out of curiosity, do you guys plan to execute them?"
Since these fools had actively tried to get Seito's Familia killed, it was highly probable that Iori's group had formed a lethal intent. He wondered if the captives had any chance of survival.
"How could that be? We are completely law-abiding, professional adventurers!" Iori flatly denied the claim, his lips curling into a bright, cheerful smile. "We have zero intention of killing them ourselves. We just plan to drop them off on the 80th floor."
The Loki Familia: "..."
Drop them off on the 80th floor?!
My goodness! That was infinitely more savage than just executing them on the spot! The mouths of the Loki Familia members twitched frantically. The captives from the Soma Familia were mostly Level 1, with the absolute strongest among them barely sitting at Level 2.
How on earth could a pack of low-level rookies ever hope to survive the terrifying monster spawns of the deep floors? Even the elite vanguard of the Loki Familia had to tread carefully down there!
Standing at the back, Lili was trembling with pure terror.
Seeing the legendary Loki Familia felt as though she had suddenly spotted a group of saviors! Right now was definitively her absolute best chance to break free from Kitahara Iori and his suited monsters.
As for her previous plan of running away after exiting the Dungeon? She now realized that strategy lacked any conservative safety parameters! After all, Iori and his boys were the absolute strongest Level 10 adventurers in the history of Orario!

Without a second thought, Lili burst into a sprint, running straight past the vanguard and grabbing Aiz Wallenstein's small hand.
Her sudden movement completely caught everyone off guard, leaving both the Loki Familia and the Fatui Guild members deeply confused.
Lili clutched Aiz's hand tightly, her eyes turning red as tears pooled at the rims.
"Save... please save me..."
Her desperate plea left the Loki Familia completely stunned.
Save her? Could it be that Seito's Familia is actually harboring dark, degenerate intentions toward this little girl?
But they had already met the members of Seito's Familia before. From their dining log at the Hostess of Fertility two nights ago, the Loki Familia had easily deduced that this group was basically just a collection of absolute trolls. With their thoughts clashing, everyone felt deeply puzzled. They turned their heads in unison, staring down the Fatui Guild members. Kitahara Iori and the boys just stood there with completely blank, clueless expressions, having absolutely zero idea what Lili was crying about.
Seeing their genuine confusion, Finn rested his chin in his hand and asked once more, "Erm... Captain Grand Drunkard, what exactly is going on here?"
Since Iori acted as the operational leader of Seito's Familia, it was much faster to query him directly. Finn could faintly guess that Lili had run into a massive misunderstanding.
"Save her?" Iori rubbed his chin, falling into deep thought. A few moments later, a spark of inspiration hit him, and he clapped his hands together. "Ah! I think I completely map out what's going on inside her head now."
"Oh? Let's hear it," Finn said.
Right then and there, Iori delivered a thorough breakdown of Lili's tragic background logs to the entire crowd. Hidenori Tabata and the other guild members chimed in as well, filling in the missing data points.
Hearing the horrific details of her daily life, Finn and the rest of the Loki Familia immediately understood the situation, their faces rapidly flushing with intense, burning anger. The person hit hardest by the news was naturally Captain Finn himself! After all, Finn was also a member of the Prum race!
However, unlike the angry reactions of the Loki Familia, Lili felt her inner terror spike to an all-time high!
She never could have imagined that her entire hidden past would be laid out so flawlessly by Kitahara Iori. These guys had literally just arrived in Orario two days ago! How could they possibly possess such a highly detailed database on a weak, insignificant Supporter like her?!
The conclusion was glaringly obvious! They had targeted her long before they even set foot on this planet!
"Do you guys already have a clear plan regarding this matter?" Finn asked, keeping his eyes locked on Iori.
The underlying meaning behind his question was direct. While the Loki Familia deeply wanted to help the little Prum, any official intervention would require the explicit administrative approval of their own goddess, Loki!
