Chapter 131: Insane Leveling on the 51st Floor!
.....
[Sally: Congratulations on becoming the Emperor!]
[Maple: Congrats, congrats!]
[SunnyCat: Tsk, tsk. The world is in chaos and the Snezhnaya Empire is born. It would be hilarious if we actually conquered the entire 30th floor.]
Seeing the chat fill up with casual banter, Seito closed the communication channel. He turned to Kirukiru Amou and said, "Let's not hang around here today. I'm taking everyone to the 51st floor to power-level."
"Eh? The 51st floor?" Mia Snow interjected, looking stunned. "Isn't that the Ancient Ruins? Do you have Cloaking Orbs?"
As the Queen of the Snow Maidens, she naturally knew of the ruins, but for various reasons, her tribe had never been able to reach the 51st floor.
"We do," Seito nodded. "They're quest items given to us by Lord Cang of Flying Spirit City on the 11th floor."
"Cang Feiyun..." Mia Snow's brow furrowed slightly. She had heard that he was searching for something specific, but the details were vague. "He seems to be looking for a particular object. If you find anything unusual in the ruins, you should keep an eye out."
"Will do," Seito replied.
He then summoned all the Executives, and the group teleported away.
10:00 PM.
The group had just finished their session on the 51st floor. Seito sat beneath a massive tree to check his updated status.
[Nickname: Sei ]
[Level: 56]
[HP: 31.01M / 31.01M]
[Divine Power: 478]
[Divine Stats: Atk 8665 | Def 8665 | Magic 8665 | Speed 8.85M+]
Having reached Level 56, the growth scaling had shifted significantly. Past Level 50, each level up granted 1,000 to all base stats, 5,000 free attribute points, and a staggering 5 million HP.
The experience points from Level 100+ monsters were simply astronomical. His speed was nearing the 10-million mark, which would likely trigger another specialization reward soon. His Divine Power had also surged.
The other Executives had all reached roughly Level 55, and even Minami Kotori had officially caught up to the first-tier players.
Seito then checked on Little Sun-Moon.
[Pet: Sun-Moon]
[Level: 55]
[HP: 30M | MP: 30M]
[Quality: Gold (Devour to Upgrade)]
[Stats: Atk 20k+ | Def 20k+ | Spirit 20k+ | Speed 20k+]
[Skills: Devour, Godspeed, Sun-Moon Slash, Small Sun, Moonlight, White Tiger Transformation!]
[Evolution: Devour a Divinity Spark]
His pet was now Gold grade, but the requirement for the next tier was a Divinity Spark. Since even Seito didn't have a Spark yet, the kitten would have to wait a while before becoming a Divine Beast.
"That's enough for today," Seito said to the group. "The Academy has a big performance tomorrow."
Tomorrow was packed. Not only was μ's performing, but he also had his official coronation as the Tsar of Snezhnaya in the game. He needed sleep.
"I'm logging off first," Kotori said. She had plenty of prep work to do for the show.
The rest of the group—aside from the siblings and Ako—followed suit and vanished in flashes of light.
Real World: Seito's Bedroom.
As soon as Seito removed his helmet, a white light shot out from his pet ring. Little Sun-Moon appeared and sat elegantly on his pillow.
"Time to sleep, Little Sun-Moon."
"Meow~"
The Next Morning, 6:00 AM.
Seito woke up early. Amou and Kanade were still asleep, but Little Sun-Moon was already waiting by the dining table.
As he started cooking, he heard the front door open. The Sora-Shiro siblings walked in, looking utterly exhausted, and slumped into their usual seats.
"Wait a bit, breakfast is almost ready," Seito called out.
"Got it," Sora yawned, propping up his chin. Shiro, meanwhile, began smiling as she stroked the kitten.
Half an hour later, Amou and Kanade emerged from their rooms, dressed and ready. They joined the siblings at the table as Seito brought out the food and three bento boxes.
"Fried dumplings for breakfast. Lunch is Mapo Tofu over rice."
As they ate, Sora looked at the kitten and asked, "Seito, have you ever brought Little Sun-Moon to the Academy? When we were grinding yesterday, Maple noticed her. She said your pet has the exact same name and looks identical to the cat you have at school."
Apparently, when Seito had summoned the pet to help level up, Maple and Sally had spent quite a while discussing the "coincidence." The kitten he'd brought to school the other day had piqued their curiosity.
