When they decided to head to WhiteStorm they didn't know that one of the search partys was going to the same direction as them when they decided to go. But that didn't really dampen their spirits.
Since they weren't asked to go and find that Gore magala in the first place they won't really need to bother with it. The fact that they left before anyone can even talk to them about it had nothing to do with it. Yes definitely.
And they can have some peaceful time in the outpost and explore. And it's not even likely that it will be there.
Hopefully...
After staying a nother night, early the next morning Wincent and his friends set out on the path that was recommended to them.
And according to Jasper they will go as well just a little bit later. Since there's some things they still needed to do. Like making sure that their gear was good and their Seikrets were in good hands.
So with everything considered they were already enjoying their time.
The journey towards WhiteStorm was uneventful to say the least. They only encountered the smaller monsters.
They did however managed to see a Banbaro. And Mary was quick to tell them about it as well.
On their journey they have stopped by the other smaller outposts to rest as well.

Under the mountains deep under ground Franklin was exploring a big cave system.
A few hours ago he was just on the surface walking around trying to find something interesting to spend the time with, living in this region wasn't the best idea since it was boring.
The best he got for some kind of entertainment is when other monsters try to fight him, but most of them just run away after realising that fighting him is to dangerous.
He's just thinking that maybe he should go back to his temporary "house" when he heard rocks cracking.
Looking around frantically to see where it was coming from to get ready to flee if it's a rock slide.
On mountains that's not unusual.
But he quickly realises that the sound was coming from right underneath him. He quickly got into the air, and just in time as well.
Since the next second the ground opened up right where he was standing just a few seconds ago. But this time he successfully avoided falling down from somewhere.
It was a pretty big hole. Getting to curious isn't a good idea he knows that. But, he was looking for something to spend the time with anyway, a little curiousity won't hurt.
So now he was down here. In the dark, mysterious cave. Well it's not as dark here because of the occasional glowing stones and the cracks in the ceiling that let in a little bit of light.
He wouldn't say no to some light in the cave, and with the soft glow he can almost forget of what kind of world he's in. Almost, since a few seconds later he comes across some weird white stuff covering the walls.
Since his eyes have adjusted to the lower light level he can take a closer look at it. And he can tell that it's webs.
Now there are a few spider like monsters and the closest he can guess of which left the webs here is a Nerscylla, which he doesn't want to meet.
Looking at the webs again they do look old. But knowing his luck, it's a good seventy five percent chance he will probably meet it.
And so he goes the other way, further away from that place. Walking deeper he feels the ground started to tilt upwards.
A little bit more walking in the dark was what followed, yes the lights were gone, and no he did not hit his head into the walls multiple times.
That did not happen, anyone saying it did is a liar.
After that humiliating experience he finally saw some light at the end. Walking a little bit faster to finally get out he almost launched himself into the sky to fly back to his temporary home when just as fast if not faster than he got out, he ducked back into the cave backwards with the help of his wings.
Why you may ask. Because the exit of the cave got him out at the hunters outpost he is making a big effort avoiding.
Luckily not right next to it but pretty close. And since it's still day time the odds of him getting spotted was big if he haven't been spotted that is.
So now he had two options. One go back the way he come from, or two wait until it's dark and then leave.
He obviously took the first option. Why? Because it's mid day. Waiting is out of the question. And it would be absolutely boring.
He rather gets lost in the dark then to have to deal with the hunters.
And no, he didn't hit his head again on the way back. Why would you think that?

WhiteStorm outpost gard tower.
It was a nice calm day. They haven't spotted any of the bigger monsters yet. But of course they know that letting their guard down is not a good idea because anything can happen.
And that's why a few minutes later one of them was running down from their post to inform the others about what they have seen up on the mountain. A black monster with wings has emerged from the cave but after a few seconds it ducked back in as well.
It was unmistakable of what it was.
And since a few days ago they have gotten news about a Gore magala heading towards here. They first thought just like the ones at Nirvana that it was just going to pass through and not stay.
But since it has been spotted up on the mountain they were wrong. It was obviously staying here somewhere. And they need to find that place and quick.
Having a Gore magala spread the Frenzy virus here in the snow region isn't a good thing for anyone.
As soon as he got down from the tower he immediately ran straight into the chief hunter.
And that's literally, they both almost fell to the ground.
"Easy hunter. No need to rush that much."
"THEGOREMAGALAISINTHEMOUNTAINCAVES!"
Just as fast as he said that did the smile from the chief hunters face turn into a frown. His eyes were full of worry as well.
The other hunters around heard that and stopped what they were doing to listen. Since the chief hunter was there they were waiting for him to speak and give orders.
And they didn't needed to wait for long. After the chief hunter Devon gathered his thoughts in less than a minute he immediately gave orders to the other hunters around.
And he even sent some hunters out to get the hunters that are supposed to arrive here in a few hours.
And this is the time when Wincent and his friends arrived.
Since they know which route the others are taking Dorothy and Jack informed the hunters that were designated to go and get them.
After that they talked to Devon about their stay there. And got to their quarters. They didn't wanted to be in the way.
After they arrived to their place there they talked about what to do. Since they were here to relax in the first place and not hunt down any monsters.
After a while they got to the conclusion that they are going to help but, just as scouts and not as fighters. With that decision made, they made their way to where the chief hunter is, to tell him about it.
When they got there Jasper was already talking with Devon. And they told them about what they have decided. Devon the chief hunter told them that he will think about it, but he does appreciate their offer.
After their talk has ended their little group decided to explore the outpost, they were still here to have fun to begin with.
Just as they were walking away Wincent heard Devon sighting, when he looked back he saw that he had a complicated expression on his face with Jasper putting a reassuring hand on his shoulder.
After asking his friends if Devon knows any of them they burst out laughing while Dorothy looked sheepish. From that alone he could already guess.
But decided that asking about what she did for him to have that expression would definitely cause him self a headache. And he didn't wanted to embarrass her even more.
With them still laughing they officially began their exploration. And their first stop was of course the kitchen.
