In a huge underground SHIELD lab there were dozens of scientists seemingly ready for an extremely important experiment.
In the middle of the room was a giant generator, and inside it was the tesseract.
"Dr. Einstein, Dr. Oppenheimer is the tesseract-powered generator ready" asked Dr.Abrahams respectfully at the two legendary scientists who are now super soldiers.
Both scientists engrossed in the generator in front of them turned and said respectfully.
"Of course director, but I must say using an ancient relic potentially capable of creating the most powerful weapons as a generator that provides infinite energy to everyone is kind of a waste" said Dr. Oppenheimer.
But Dr.Abrahams answered with a serious tone.
"It's to prove to the world that Shield is capable and competent enough to be the one to lead humanity"
"First we will provide them with infinite energy, then we will provide them with a better and safer environment while will vastly improve medicine, create cures for all diseases and extend lifespan, or even enhancements if they wish and make it accessible to everyone"
"We have as much power as responsibility"
"A truly well-thought-out plan, give them everything they want and everything they need, treat them well and fairly and they will listen" said Dr.Einstein in understanding.
"We will rule not with tyranny but with fairness, reward those who deserve it and punish those who need punishment, even if they are people with authority" said Dr.Abrahams.
"Well said Erskine, I always believed you had the qualities of a ruler" said a man's voice, It was Eldrin.
The two scientists turned towards him startled, but Dr.Abrahams was unfazed and asked worried.
"How many countries have agreed to the terms"
But Eldrin said with a smile"Spain, Italy, France, Greece, Ukraine and Turkey have accepted the terms; and as for the rest, the people themselves have no problem with the establishment of the human empire, as it does not take away their rights, but the people who cling to power and authority are a problem"
Dr.Abrahams answered with a smile.
"Don't worry about those elites, I have quite a lot of unpleasant evidence that could destroy them, and the announcement that we will make today will be the nail in the coffin"
"I have also found suitable people who will replace them; they will make the right decisions and accept the establishment of the human empire, after all, they actually care about the improvement of their nations and not profit and authority"
Eldrin asked in intrigue.
"You found reasonable and competent politicians?!, How did you do it?"
Dr.Abrahams answered with a helpless smile.
"They exist, they just don't get elected because of obvious reasons"

Today, there will be a live broadcast from the President of the United States of America due to the recent world-changing events, and people around the world will once again stay at home to watch it.
After a few hours, it started.
The broadcast showed a man sitting in the white house.
It was President Chester Phillips and also the former Colonel Phillips who had taken the super soldier serum, he then spoke.
"The United States of America officially accepts The Darkling's term to make Abraham Erskine, the director of SHIELD the official leader of the newly established human empire effective immediately"
"Several other nations in Europe have also accepted the terms, they will receive many benefits that will be announced now by Erskine himself"
The footage then changed to show Erskine Abrahams.
"Greetings to all nations, I am excited to announce that from today on, lack of energy will not be a problem"
"Our scientists along with Howard Stark have managed to produce a generator capable of providing limitless energy, it is called the Arc Reactor"
The footage then changed, showing one of the many giant generators hidden somewhere underground.
Naturally those are simply decoys; they are not the tesseract-powered generators but arc reactor-powered ones.
SHIELD is not foolish enough to show the world the tesseract-powered ones as it is their trump card, though the arc reactors can still provide limitless and clean energy, but serve as merely back-ups in case the tesseract-powered reactor has to be used to power weapons due to alien invasions or emergencies.
Howard Stark, along with Einstein and Oppenheimer stood there facing the camera, and then Howard spoke with his signature smile.
"Well hello there people, I'm Howard Stark here to introduce to you, the arc reactor!"
"It can provide limitless, clean and renewable energy"
"They are currently being installed in various countries in Europe that have agreed to join the human empire"
"From this day forward, you won't have to pay for electricity" he said with a wink.
The footage then changed again to the biggest biological facility in America.
There stood a young woman with a professional smile, she then said.
"We are delighted to announce that we have created a serum capable of increasing lifespan and improving the human body, while also giving you resistance to all diseases, including all forms of cancer"
"It is called the civilian SSS, anyone can take the serum, and it has no side effects either" she said as she walked towards an ill young man, he was pale, his body frail, and beside him stood his parents worried but hopeful.
The young woman said to the ill boy gently.
"Are you ready kiddo?"
The boy nodded.
"We can start" said the woman to the doctor who was holding a cyan vial slightly different than the SSS.
The doctor then proceeded to inject the vial into the ill boy.
After a few moments, the boy started to feel a warm heat all over his body.
His previously pale face now looked healthy, his whole body felt stronger and even his height increased a bit.
Gasp!
Both his father and mother were shocked.
Their son, who was previously ill with chronic cancer now looked healthier than ever.

His mother broke into tears of joy and relief while hugging their now healthy son, his father barely holding it together now felt an immense weight taken off his shoulders.
The camera turned to the young woman, and she said with a smile.
"The serum is already available to all hospitals in the nations that have agreed to be part of the Human Empire, we have made them accessible to all"
And the broadcast ended, the world was once again shocked, the militaries of the nations that had not agreed to the terms felt defeated.

The people of England have already been informed by their government of the benefits they have received by joining the human empire.
It was chaos, people with all kinds of illnesses rushed into their nearest hospitals, but thankfully people with severe illnesses were prioritized, though there were enough serums to treat at least 400.000 people.
Note: This serum is the civilian version of the SSS. It is slightly inferior, though it still makes you an Olympic-level athlete once you take it, with no side effects, including the side effect of the original SSS. It also increases lifespan to 150 years and gives you high resistance to all diseases, including cancer. Even if you somehow get cancer after the injection, it will basically feel like a common cold, nonfatal, and after a few days, your immune system will have defeated it. A slightly accelerated healing factor, nonfatal wounds will heal in a few days, including broken bones, and in case of fatal wounds, you can pray, slightly enhanced cognitive capabilities, better memory, faster problem solving, etc

They each received 400.000 civilian serums and multiple arc reactors and are now part of the ever-growing human empire.
