A golden pillar of light shot upward from the Dragon Balls into the sky.

"BOOM!"
The light twisted and expanded.
A massive green dragon formed in the sky.
Its enormous body coiled across the clouds.
Its glowing red eyes looked down upon the earth.
Its tail remained connected to the seven Dragon Balls below.
Then Shenron spoke.
His voice was deep and ancient.
"You who have gathered the Dragon Balls… speak your wish."
"I shall grant you any one wish."
Broly Interrupts
At this solemn moment—
Broly suddenly tilted his head.
"Hey… is Goku still alive?"
He asked Shenron casually.
Roshi froze.
He turned toward Broly with a horrified expression.
You idiot!
Why are you asking random questions right now?!
Shenron's massive red eyes slowly turned toward Broly.
"Is that your wish?"
Roshi panicked.
"No! No! Of course not!"
He waved his hands frantically.
"That's not our wish!"
Broly smiled casually.
"I was just asking."
"You can ignore it."
