The Six Realms of Cultivation
In ancient times, sages taught that the human body contains 114 chakras, subtle gateways through which Prana and Shakti flow. By awakening these chakras, a cultivator ascends through six great realms of power and awareness.
Yet after the great wars that scarred the world, much of the ancient knowledge was lost, and only fragments remain.
---
1. Sparsha Realm
(The Realm of First Contact)
The Sparsha Realm marks the moment a mortal first senses Prana, the life force permeating all existence.

Sub-Realms
• Prana Awakening – The cultivator senses energy within the body and begins meditation.
• Channel Opening – Minor energy pathways stabilize and allow basic circulation of Prana.

Ancient texts warn:
Many of the techniques required to awaken the higher chakras were lost during the devastating wars that once shook the world, when sages, devas, and asuras clashed across the realms.
