At this stage, the earliest supernatural abilities may manifest.

The final stage of mortal cultivation.
The cultivator becomes equal to celestial beings, capable of influencing worlds and realms.

• Cosmic Authority – power comparable to celestial entities
• Transcendent Unity – complete harmony with universal forces
