Rihan is the type who walks into the room and doesn't need to say a word, his vibe speaks louder. He's quiet, blunt, and doesn't believe in sugarcoating anything. Not a fan of socialising and absolutely allergic to unnecessary small talk. But once he does open up (to the selected few), he's surprisingly funny, opinionated, and won't shut up.
A 'kaam se kaam' kinda guy who minds his business and expects everyone else to do the same. Still, when someone he cares about is in trouble, he'll fight the whole system for them.

Ruhi is the first-year MBBS student. She is that one friend who'll laugh before, during and after a crisis, sometimes at the crisis. Loud, lively and legally incapable of staying serious for more than 7 seconds.
She's the kind of girl who'd accidentally start a class debate just for fun and then laugh her way out of the mess.Whether it's a boring lecture or heartbreak, she has a meme ready. Her brain runs on chai, reels and inside jokes.

Saksham is second-year MBBS student who walks into a room and suddenly everything feels 10x lighter. He's the sunshine of the group, the one who turns hospital corridors into comedy clubs and boring lectures into giggle fests.
Despite being 2nd topper after Neil, he behaves like he's just here for the vibes. But under the jokes and chaos, there's a loyal, protective best friend, especially when it comes to Neil, his brother from another mother.
