He eventually found a way to purchase the medication and did so without telling Moying where he had gone. The package remained hidden among his belongings when he returned home, and for a while, Limo could only stare at it while questioning whether he had gone too far.
He knew he could still throw it away, return to his normal life, and accept the future that Moying had already accepted. They could adopt if they wanted children, while his sister's future children could continue the family bloodline.
