Chapter 1 - what is the job?

What is a job? Why do people run after jobs? Doing a job is not necessarily a bad thing. A job can be good if it is done to serve the nation. But even within this service, the dark hand of corruption often hides. When this corruption touches national service, it destroys its dignity and the personality of the person involved.

Again, when a job becomes merely a means of survival for a person, it can no longer truly be called service to the country. At that point, it becomes service only to one's own family. If you do not have the courage in your heart to stand in front of your superior, if you cannot speak the truth firmly, and if you are not ready to leave your job when necessary—then understand that you may be doing something wrong by continuing that job. Yes, this is the truth.

Do you want to become rich through dishonest money from your job? If so, then a day laborer is better than you.

People say, "Hard work is the key to success." This statement is true. But your hard work must be applied in the right place. If you stop trying to break a wall for no reason and instead use your energy to build that wall, then at the end of the day you will at least have 500 taka in your hand. That money will be the result of your own hard work.

Today, when you need something, you ask your father for money. But have you ever wondered how hard your father works to earn that money?

The great European philosopher Plato, during his journey to Egypt, reportedly sold oil by carrying it on his head to manage his travel expenses.

Now you might say, "Brother, in this era who sells oil like that?" Your question is reasonable. But in your country and in your village, there are still many kinds of businesses. If you want, you can start a small shop in your local market. The beginning may be small, but if you do it properly, it can grow into something big. At the very least, you will be able to silence those who criticize you.

Remember, no work is small.

Think about it—do all people go abroad to do office jobs? No. Some become day laborers, and some work as cleaners. Even after spending a lot of money to go abroad, they still do these ordinary jobs. But have they ever stopped working hard? No, they haven't.

So you should also work hard. What is the benefit of sitting at home all day and using your phone? There is no benefit. Work hard. One day success will come. Even if it comes late, you will achieve success someday.

So instead of sitting at home, go out and work to build yourself into an established and respected person in society.

(This is the first story I have written in my life. If there are any mistakes, please forgive them and look at them kindly.)
