Chapter 3: The Beginning of the Transformation
Gino looked in the mirror with bitterness, touching his acne-ridden face and looking at his misaligned teeth and dull brown hair.
"I must change my life, but how? With this face, I'm not handsome, I have no money, and even worse, I can't remember stock trends, lottery numbers, or any financial opportunities from my past life... Did I come back in time for nothing?"

Gino looked at the options and muttered: "Black... Black with two white stripes is the best."
Suddenly, the set appeared before him, smelling new with a sleek design. Gino smiled for the first time: "Tomorrow is the day the results are released, and after that, I'll return to China... Let this be the start of my new life."
The next day, Gino woke up energized. He wore his new Adidas gear, putting on the hat and mask to hide his face for now. He headed to school amidst curious glances from his classmates.
Three days later, a grand ceremony was held for the top achievers. Gino took the stage to thunderous applause and was honored with a certificate of merit and a grand cash prize of €10,000 (Academic Excellence Reward in Italy).
He returned home and threw himself onto the bed, feeling a delicious exhaustion. "It was a tiring but wonderful day... Tomorrow, I will register at the Chinese university and begin the journey of reclaiming my identity and my revenge."
He closed his eyes and surrendered to a deep sleep, while the golden screen pulsed quietly beside him.
