So, this is my first story and I am trying to keep it as simple as possible for now.
Starting with the general Power rankings followed in the ATLAS universe.
The power rankings is from tier 0 to tier 5 with each tier having 5 sub tiers
1. Tier 0
This is the start for every species living in the universe, majority of beings and mortals are at this stage, even if you don't do anything and just breathe you will eventually reach this stage meaning the starter stage.
2. Tier 1
This is where the ladder of power people start climbing, it's an initial power up and this stage gives a massive boost to overall power's of the awakened, for comparison at this rank the threat level would be same as modern tactical weapon.
3. Tier 2
This is the stage where your words and fist's seriously start to take weight, if tier 1 is what peak mortal is capable of, tier 2 is where they start breaking those limits, majority of awakened if with hardwork can reach this stage.
4. Tier 3
This is where talent makes a difference, if tier 2 is breaking the limits then this stage is surpassing those and becoming something beyond, beings at this stage are rare and can pack a serious punch.
5. Tier 4
At this stage you need luck as much as talent and hardwork, a being at this level can easily have a serious weight on the universe and each words of their can make or destroy major pillars of universe in seconds.
6. Tier 5
This is the most mythical stage of the known universe, there have been only 10 beings at this stage at any era in the universe, it's a magical state where an awakened leave it's weak mortal shell and transcend the boundaries of the universe. Not much is known about this stage as every being who has reached it has quietly left his presence in the cosmos.
Power scaling
Tier 0 - peak human like captain rogers from mcu or bucky.
Tier 1- easily surpassing every human limits, somewhere like wonder woman from dc or thor without hammer.
Tier 2 - Become mini superman, easily surpass sound barriers and can even destroy a continent at peak of stage.
Tier 3 - From planetary to solar system level depending on sub stage.
Tier 4 - Can destroy and create matter depending on the law they have comprehended and can easily destroy a galaxy or cluster of galaxies.
Tier 5 - Equal to the universe as their existence alone can destroy the fabrics of reality if they want and create an entire new life with thought.
