Adrian looked at his forearms. Both of them were covered in patterns that looked like scribbles. It was only four days until month-end, and he had finally completed all three of his tasks.
He observed the engraving on his right arm.
For the first task, he had managed to successfully replicate the engraving he had seen on Ravian's arm. The engraving of the spell that allowed one to pull someone else's consciousness into their mind realm.
'It should work fine.'
Replicating the engraving hadn't been as simple as copying the one on Ravian's arm. He had to understand the underlying principle behind the engraving and then design one for himself.
After all, that spell was something that had been created for Ravian specifically.
It was a spell that would've worked only if Ravian had used it.
'That was probably some technique to ensure that the spell didn't get stolen. The one who created Ravian's spell knew what they were doing.'
