Xion arrived in front of an incredibly long tower-like structure that almost seemed to be reaching the clouds.
After briefly catching his breath, he whispered.
"Kiryuzor, are you sure that this is the place? Because this looks like the research tower of the academy city. What would the immortal boy be doing here? He's a cadet, not a researcher."
The dragon's deep voice rang in his mind soon after.
[My senses are acting strange for some unknown reason, leading me in two completely different directions, but I am certain that this is the place.]
Xion sighed and sat on a nearby bench by the side of the road leading to the tower.
'I guess I can only wait.'
It was not as though he could find the immortal boy on his own. Trusting Kiryuzor was the right call here.
People continued to enter and exit the tower as Xion waited patiently.
