"Ugh…" Leone groaned as he found himself lying on the ground.
When the collision between the three powerful attacks created a shockwave, he was forcefully shoved to the ground by the three women guarding him.
Now that he had regained his senses, he slowly propped himself up to see the aftermath of the battle. The walls that served as their first line of defense had taken the brunt of the shockwave, and was now littered with cracks.
But, it still held, preventing the loss of more lives that relied on its defenses.
As he gazed at his surroundings, he found Boris and Brann lying on the ground. The two of them had been separated from their fusion, and were both unconscious.
Meanwhile, Astravor stood by their side, making sure no further harm would befall his two unconscious allies.
As for the Monster King, it was also sprawled on the ground. Its body was covered in wounds, blood continuously dripping and dyeing the ground red.
Even so, it was very much alive… well, barely alive.
