Elder Mei came back unharmed, while Ancestor Elder had a bleeding wound on her shoulder. She looked at her Inferno Sect disciples, then said.
"Retreat."
Instead of being saddened by their loss, the disciples were relieved. The remaining elders quickly disengaged, including the one that had almost been killed by Song.
Ancestor Elder glanced at the young woman and said. "Congratulations on advancing to the Emperor Stage."
Song gave her a long stare, then nodded. "I appreciate the gesture."
Elder Mei turned to the older woman. "Your sect has lost, and you have to pay for your transgression against my sect. You'll handle the discussion with your Sect Master, and I will inform mine."
Ancestor Elder's eyes narrowed. 'She's confidently claiming that their Sect Master is around. Is it really true? Or she's bluffing? I guess we can only ask those guys ourselves.'
