He believed he don't have to leave this planet alone, and the war is resolved peacefully, but sadly it seems that is not going to happen.

The nuclear missiles is about to land in 30 minuts and so did the beams from confederation satellites, I have to use advanced high-tech thrusts, to quickly leave this planet before the impact destroy the ship, I will also activate advanced ultrascanner to detect the missiles and beams to prevent the ship getting hit from it.

Ed activated the advanced high-tech thrusts to launch the laboratory/spaceship immediately and leave the atmosphere immediately, the ultrascanner allowed the colony spaceship to avoid getting hit by nuclear missiles and energy beams. The spaceship successfully left the planet unharmed just as earth faces the massive destruction from warheads of both sides.
