An eagle built a nest on a huge mountain. The eagle had four eggs in its nest. Every morning it would leave them and fly away in search of food. One day, when the eagle was outside the nest, an earthquake shook the entire mountain. As a result, one of the eagle's eggs fell from the nest. The egg rolled and fell into the yard of a chicken coop below the mountain.
The hen brought that egg to her home. She kept it with the other eggs. She took care of it and kept giving it to him. One day, the egg hatched and a beautiful eagle hatched. One day, when she saw a flock of eagles flying in the sky, she said to the hen, "Oh, if only I could fly like them." The hen smiled and replied, "How can you fly? You are a hen, and hens never fly."
The eagle would often see his fellow birds flying and dream that he too would fly like them. But every time he told the hen about his dream, she would say that it was impossible. The eagle learned to believe the hen and lived his life like the other hens. After many days like this, one day he died.
