In Holy Land Mariejois, Garling and Sommers appeared out of a pentagram magic circle, their bodies cut in two.
"Damn it!!! Who was it? Who sent that sword slash?" Sommers roared in anger and fear.
Garling gritted his teeth in the pain of being split in two. His body slowly regenerated, reconnecting.
"Who was it?" he muttered in rage. He had been so close. After fighting for six whole days and nights with those women, he could have finally taken Shakky.
"Damn it." He punched the floor in anger.

After the battle between Roger and Rocks, the news of Shakky being kidnapped spread all over the sea.
All the pirates erupted in fury and grief. Pirate activity rose to an all-time high. Pirates searched for Shakky all over the seas.
Kong slammed his fist on the table. "Damn it, why now?" he cursed. "That cursed woman and those damn pirates."
The Marines were stretched to their absolute limits. Pirates who once ran at the sight of Marine ships were now launching suicide attacks on Marine warships. Many branches suffered heavy damage, while others took advantage of the chaos—attacking weakened Marine units and looting them.
The casualty ratio reached an all-time high in Marine history.
Kong deployed Sengoku, Tsuru, Garp, and Zephyr to the most dangerous seas. Garp and Sengoku were in the New World, while Tsuru and Zephyr maintained control over Paradise.

In the Room of Authority, the Gorosei cursed Garling.
"Damn that idiot, he made the situation even worse," St. Nusjuro said.
"Now the Marines are too busy controlling the Four Blues and Paradise while still keeping an eye on the Rocks Pirates," St. Warcury rubbed his forehead.
"We should send CP7 and CP8 with agents to assist them, or the Marines will suffer too much damage," St. Peter said.
"Agreed. Send them to the Four Blues. No matter what, the Four Blues must not go out of control. With Tsuru and Zephyr, Paradise is mostly secured," St. Mars said.
"But where is that woman? Who ambushed Garling and took her?" St. Saturn asked.
"An unknown variable… someone strong enough to send that kind of sword attack—" Nusjuro froze. So did the others.
"No… he must be dead. And even if it's him, why would he stay hidden? He doesn't need to kidnap those women," Nusjuro said.

"Damn it, everything is going the wrong way."
Newgate looked at the newspaper and sighed. "I failed to protect her. What kind of brother am I?"
He still felt guilty for not being able to save Gloriosa. Ron's women had been kidnapped from Hachinosu, and he wasn't there. How could he face Ron in the future?
He sighed and started drinking.

"See? Aren't they the most adorable babies? This one is Shanks, and this one is Shamrock."
Just then, Garling walked in.
The woman turned toward him happily. "Garling! I'm so happy. I always knew you would come back. See? These are our kids—Shanks and Shamrock."
"Twins, huh… how precious," he muttered.
"Hey Garling, why don't you stay with us?" she asked excitedly.
"Here? Well… I really can't. This island won't be around for long," Garling muttered.
"Huh—"
"Wahhh! Gwaaa—!"
Garling's sword pierced the woman's stomach. She collapsed.
"Begin the preparation," Garling muttered into the Den Den Mushi.
(Yes, sir. Making landfall.)
"The Navy ships are here?"
"Th-they have surrounded the entire island!"
"What's going on?"
The people of God Valley fell into complete chaos.

On a Navy ship transporting slaves, a pink-haired girl ran back, grinning.
"I did it, hehe!"
A boy with a big head grinned. "Ginny, you're the best!"
A massive boy smiled, watching them.

In the Cipher Pol intelligence bureau—
"Kahahahaha!" A bird-man laughed. "You bastards want to keep this hidden? Dream on!"
He picked up his Den Den Mushi. "Big brother, you sure about this?"
"Do it, Morgans. If anyone dares target you, come to Fishman Island. I'll take care of your problems."
"Kahahahaha! Leave it to me, brother. This news will reach Rocks and Roger's ships—and every pirate nearby. Count on me!" Morgans laughed.

"Shakky?"
"Shakky-chan is alive?"
"God Valley?"
Newgate frowned. "A human hunting game by Celestial Dragons? I thought it was just a rumor."
His grip on his naginata tightened. If Shakky is there, then Gloriosa will be there too. Ron… I'll make sure she's safe.
"Mamamama! They're putting Devil Fruits up for grabs. Kaido, don't you want one?" Linlin grinned.
"Worororo! What type are they?"
"What if it's a trap?"
"Shut up! If you're scared, stay here. Boys, move! God Valley awaits!"

"Gabban, where is God Valley?" Roger shouted.
"It's pretty far, but we can make it in time," Gabban said, grabbing his axes with a grin.
"Y'all with me, right?" Roger asked with a mad grin.
"'Course we are!"
"To God Valley! Let's tear it apart and save Shakky!" Roger shouted.
The crew erupted in cheers.

(Garp, move to God Valley now.) Kong roared through the Den Den Mushi.
"Tsk, I'm already busy taking care of pirates in the New World," Garp replied.
(Roger is headed there, and it seems Shakky is on that island. If I remember correctly, Shakky was kidnapped with Gloriosa. So Ron might appear on God Valley if he is alive.)
"What did you say?! Say that first, you bastard!" Garp roared.
"BOYS! TO GOD VALLEY NOW!"

"Jihahahaha! Shakky-chan is waiting for me!" Shiki swung his blade, sending massive slashes crashing into the ship.
"Prometheus! Napoleon!" Linlin shouted, launching a flaming sword slash. The ship began burning.
"You cowardly rat!"
Rocks' ship sailed toward God Valley as the giant ship burned behind them.

A huge ship coated in bubbles moved underwater toward God Valley, pulled by two giant whales.
Inside it, Gloriosa and Shakky clung to Ron.
"Stupid Ron, what took you so long?" Gloriosa complained.
Ron coughed up blood as both Shakky and Gloriosa held him, wiping his mouth with wet eyes.
"Cough… don't worry. There's still a small amount of curse left in my body. Once that's gone, I'll be back to normal."
His Haki was constantly active, pushing the curse back.
Gloriosa looked at him worriedly. Shakky hugged him tightly.
"How did this happen?"
Ron sighed.
"Well… I was traveling toward Fishman Island on a ship I borrowed from some pirates. When—"
