In the next two year of grind Lei Jun finally reached the peak of third level of qi refining.
For someone reaching third of qi refining with his qualification sounds like not good or even average, but he knows he is doing good, without any other support and aid.
His only source of income is the spirit fields for the past few years and that's it.
He also decided to breakthrough to the mid stage of Qi refining stage and only then will he go out to the yu City or town to saw the immortal seedlings recruitment ceremony and if possible try to recruit some disciples for himself or for sect more specifically.

After watering the fields in the morning he then went for restoration of building which is his favorite work in ideal time.
As of now Lei Jun has restored sect hall to some extent so that it wouldn't fall off, mountain gate was also made from wood, changing from broken form, and lastly now Chicken coop was also made in bigger format making the courtyard of sect lively.
The chicken coop is also one of the food source for the Lei yun and though life was not lavish it was still good compared to before.
As for the ancestral hall it was in backside of the sect in secluded place and was not usually used so Lei Jun decided not to do much as for now.
In the next few days after going through the harvesting of the corn Lei Jun decided to go for breakthrough of mid stage qi refining.
After three days, Lei jun breakthrough to the mid stage of qi refining realm, and consolidated his cultivation for more than one day.
Only after consolidating did Lei jun come out of cultivation session. Feeling the new power coursing through the body Lei jun was excited.
From the previous years experience, he can say that if he can previously hardly sprinkle rain in one mu of land then now he can sprinkle thrice that piece of land. Overall the surge in qi is massive and he is getting powerful.
Now he knows that in next few months the recruitment of immortal seedlings by local sects is going to take place.
So he planned to go to the yu town firstly to sell the first grade crop he has harvested the yellow corn for spiritual stones and secondly to get the exact information about the time of selection of immortal seedlings recruitment.
In this way he can also plan for his upcoming steps so he can recruit some disciples.
So after some time he left some corn for his own use and with the corn he had stored in his storage bag, left for the yu town.
Lei jun applied two qingfeng charms on his legs for the first time and felt it's speed for the first time and couldn't control his speed and thus causing himself some cuts and bruises.
After all the ordeal he somehow managed to reach to the yu town and firstly exchanged the spirit corn with spirit stones on All Grainary Market.
The shopkeeper was an fat man but mostly his servant attend the customers but even he was of qi refining mid stage.
Lei jun never met the shopkeeper personally but from the aura he can tell that the shopkeeper was stronger than his late master which means he is atleast at the peak of qi refining, but that was not his concern.
The price was also fair as always two pounds for one spirit stone so he got 214 spirit stones. Then Lei jun went for Hundred Treasure House to buy some things for his protection.
Lei jun stayed in the Hundred Treasure House for a full half-hour before coming out. Over a hundred Spirit Stones were spent, bit by bit.
He there met a very attentive salesgirl of qi refining third stage which introduced him to many things which increased his knowledge too.
There he bought many things such as to counter a late Qi Cultivation threat, a first-grade high level Talisman, Lei jun bought two sheets at once, which cost him 50 Spirit Stones in total.
One for escape using a high-grade Earth Escape Talisman, one for attack using a Demon Suppression Talisman.
In addition, he bought a low-grade protective Magic Robe for himself, a Xuan Earth Garment, which counters most attack Techniques by weakening them because of its high defence.
This Magic Robe alone cost him 27 Spirit Stones.
Plus, two healing Pills for healing normal bleeding wounds of semi first grade 10 Spirit Stones each.
With the remaining Spirit Stones... he sold a low-grade Magical Artifact, the Black Gold Sickle, and added 10 more Spirit Stones to purchase his first Mid-grade Magical Artifact a Sword .
This black gold sickle is good weapon for him. As it was used by him for cutting down weeds. And it also helped him dealing with some low level beasts but now he needs something better so he opt to sell it.
This is also the first time he has spend so many spirit stones. Out of 214 stones half were already spend. But this much is necessary for his protection as well as safety.
Before in last two years he came here but only bought some qingfeng charms for Speedy movement and a low grade spirit array formation disk of first grade low level for warning when he was cultivating. Which cost him 40 spirit stones.
Rest were all spent on his own cultivation. He knows he was at the bottom of the cultivation world and only by continuously honing his own skill can he increase his safety.
So for last two year majority of harvest of spirit corn converted to spirit stones were used on his own cultivation.

After which he went for the broken memorial tablets and tried to restore them. After going through a lot he did his best to restore some of them and meanwhile also found the lost sect master token of the Eternal God Sect.
His late master also didn't pass on the token thinking of hampering his cultivation path. But now he finally found it, but as soon as he got his hands on the token and touched it, he got flabbergasted.
Because it was like a stream of energy that passed through every region of his body and finally set in his sea of consciousness.

Then he again closed his eyes and saw the same. After some trials and errors he got idea about its operation and finally got the clue of it.
