'Who is this dumbass?' Rudy thought the moment he saw the most obviously jealous man he had ever laid eyes on.
His red eyes shone for a moment, and a life essence core became visible at the center of the man's chest.
'Path of nature. Seeing how direct he is, he has most probably chosen the concept of beasts or fury,' Rudy concluded and lowered his gaze at Trina, whose shoulders were shaking.
'She is scared?' Rudy frowned.
As far as he could remember, Trina had never shown fear; she had been the leader of a unit. However, before this guy, she was trembling.
His eyes turned intense, and he added inwardly, 'Did he do something?'
The fury vanished as quickly as it had come. 'Why am I acting like this? We aren't even that close… Hell, we aren't close at all. So why do I keep lowering my guard around her?'
