[According to the system's calculations, the world you are currently in will remain at peace for the next fifty years. Therefore, you will be unable to further improve your strength here. The system can transfer you to the next world. Of course, you may also return to this world at any time if you wish.]
After hearing the explanation, Xia Feng finally understood.
In this world, he could enjoy life—but he could no longer grow stronger.
Honestly, he didn't mind.
A peaceful, stable life sounded pretty good.
[Does the host not wish to enter a new world and experience different landscapes?]
Xia Feng shook his head. "Not really interested."
[Then does the host not wish to see what beautiful girls from other worlds look like?]
Xia Feng scoffed. Trying to tempt him with beauty? That was far too naive.
—
Three days later…
After settling his thoughts, Xia Feng took a deep breath.
"System, begin the transfer to the next world."
[System notice: The host may select five abilities to bring into the next world. Please choose.]
Xia Feng was momentarily stunned. He hadn't expected such a restriction—but it made sense. Entering another world was like needing an entry ticket.
After some thought, he made his selection:
"Enhanced Physique, Thunder Breathing, Flying Thunder God, Multiple Shadow Clone Technique, Shadow Stealth."
Though he would have liked to bring everything, the system didn't allow it.
[Random world selection in progress… Selection complete… Next world: Fate/Stay Night! Please prepare. Transfer beginning!]
A flash of light filled Xia Feng's vision.
He couldn't see anything.
But he heard a girl's voice.
Soft… timid… as if she might run away at any moment.
When the voice faded, the light disappeared.
Standing before him was a girl of about fifteen or sixteen.
She had long purple hair, tied with a red ribbon in the shape of a bow.
What struck Xia Feng most was her eyes—gentle and timid, yet hiding a trace of quiet determination.
"Are… are you my Servant?"
The girl widened her eyes and instinctively took a step back, clearly afraid.
Xia Feng glanced at the magic circle on the ground and quickly understood the situation.
He had become a Heroic Spirit.
He had been summoned into the Fate world… as a Servant.
"…Couldn't they at least give me a proper identity?" Xia Feng muttered, rubbing his forehead. But then he let it go—considering how gentle the girl in front of him was, he didn't mind too much.
He looked around.
A warm, modest room—just a desk, a chair, and a bed.
Sitting on the edge of the bed, catching a faint pleasant scent, Xia Feng grinned. "So this is the Holy Grail War, huh? Guess the goal is simple… win the Grail."
He turned back to the girl. "By the way, you haven't told me your name."
The girl leaned against the door, clutching her chest nervously. "My name is… Matou Sakura. I'm a magus."
Xia Feng nodded. "Got it. So you're basically a magical girl."
Given the nature of this world, as a Servant, his role was clear—fight other Servants, kill them, and claim the Holy Grail.
But first, he wanted to check something—
Could he return to his original world?
He summoned the system.
To his surprise, a futuristic panel appeared before him.
That startled him. Previously, everything had appeared directly in his mind—this interface was new.
"Didn't expect you to be this high-tech," Xia Feng said with a grin.
The panel displayed only basic information, and on the left side, an outward arrow.
When he dragged it open, two options appeared:
[Demon Slayer]
[Fate/Stay Night]
"So I just tap this if I want to go back?"
[Yes. Simply select the world name. When you leave a world, time in that world will pause.]
Xia Feng's mood instantly lifted.
So it worked like this—
A world only progressed when he was present.
"Are… are you really my Servant?"
Sakura asked again, mustering her courage.
Xia Feng smiled. "Yes. I'm yours. You can call me Xia Feng."
"Xia Feng… that's a strange name. But it's okay. Since I've successfully summoned a Servant, that means I'm qualified… I can fight for the Holy Grail too."
Sakura clenched her fists, clearly excited.
Xia Feng waved casually. "If you want the Grail, that's easy. I'll just find all the other Servants and take them out."
"You sure talk big for a Servant."
A voice suddenly came from the window.
A man stood there, holding a crimson spear. His hair was styled like a broom, white in color. He wore a red outfit with black armor on his chest.
Both feet rested on the window frame, a proud smirk on his face.
"Looks like you're a Servant too."
Xia Feng frowned. He hadn't expected to encounter an enemy the moment he entered this world.
"And I'm here to kill you. Prepare yourself."
The man's killing intent surged.
He didn't know Xia Feng's abilities—but seeing that he had no weapon, he assumed he was weak.
If he could kill him here, it would be an easy win.
Xia Feng suddenly raised a hand. "Wait a second."
Boom!!
The spear swept forward without hesitation.
There was no way the man would stop—his goal was to kill, not chat.
If Xia Feng hadn't ducked at the last second, that strike would have severely injured—or outright killed him.
