Chapter 4: The Energy Shield
"As soon as I wore the mysterious black gauntlet, the red emergency lights of the lab started flashing. A heavy robotic voice echoed, 'Warning! Unauthorized entry detected!'
On the old computer screen in front of me, complex data began to scroll at high speed. I realized this lab was built with technology far beyond the year 2099. Suddenly, two security robots emerged from the corner, pointing their laser weapons directly at me.
In a moment of panic, my finger pressed a glowing blue button on the gauntlet. Instantly, a brilliant blue light erupted from my wrist, forming a shimmering Energy Shield in front of me. The robots fired their lasers, but the beams simply vanished as they hit my Energy Shield.
My engineering mind realized this was a high-frequency protection barrier. I was no longer just a boy hiding in the shadows; I now possessed the world's most advanced defense technology. I smiled and whispered, 'The game has just begun!'"
