Chapter 1 - Ebhabe fire asha jai part3

Eibhabe Fire Asha Jai – Part 3 (Arnob & Meghla)

It was a quiet, rainy afternoon. The sky was covered with dark clouds, and soft rain was falling slowly on the empty road. Arnob was walking alone with a heavy heart. Many days had passed since Meghla left his life, but he could never forget her. Every memory of Meghla was still alive in his mind like a beautiful dream that refused to fade away.

Arnob walked toward the old park where he and Meghla had spent many beautiful moments together. That place was very special to him. The same trees were standing there, the same small lake, and the same wooden bench where they used to sit for hours talking about their dreams and future.

As Arnob entered the park, his heart started beating faster. The rain was still falling gently, and the cool wind touched his face. It felt as if the whole world had become silent.

He slowly walked toward the bench.

Suddenly, he stopped.

Someone was sitting there.

Arnob looked carefully. His eyes widened in surprise. It was Meghla.

Yes… Meghla was sitting on the same bench, wearing a light blue saree. Her hair was slightly wet from the rain, and she was looking at the lake quietly, as if she was lost in deep thoughts.

Arnob could not believe his eyes.

For a moment, he stood there without moving. His heart was full of emotions — happiness, pain, love, and disbelief.

Finally, he slowly walked toward her.

Meghla heard the sound of footsteps and turned around.

Their eyes met.

Time seemed to stop.

For a few seconds, neither of them spoke. They were just looking at each other, remembering everything — the laughter, the tears, the promises, and the separation.

A soft smile appeared on Meghla's face.

"Arnob…" she said gently.

Arnob felt a strange warmth in his heart. Hearing his name from Meghla's voice again felt like a dream.

"I thought… you would never come back," Arnob said quietly.

Meghla looked down for a moment and then said softly, "Sometimes life takes us far away… but true love always finds its way back."

Rain was falling around them, but they didn't care.

Arnob sat beside Meghla on the bench. The same bench that had once witnessed their love.

For a few moments, they both remained silent.

Then Meghla spoke again.

"Do you remember this place?" she asked.

Arnob smiled slightly. "How can I forget? This is where you first told me that you loved the sound of rain."

Meghla laughed softly.

"And you said that whenever it rains, it feels like the sky is writing a love letter to the earth."

Arnob nodded.

"Yes… and today it feels the same."

The wind became stronger, and leaves began to fall from the trees.

Meghla looked at Arnob with deep emotion in her eyes.

"I made a mistake, Arnob," she said. "I thought leaving you would make life easier. But every day without you felt empty."

Arnob listened quietly.

Meghla continued, "I tried to forget you. I tried to move on. But wherever I went, your memories followed me."

Arnob looked at her and said gently, "I never stopped waiting."

Meghla's eyes filled with tears.

"Really?" she asked.

Arnob nodded.

"Every evening I came to this park," he said. "I hoped that one day you would come back."

Meghla wiped her tears and smiled.

"And today… I did."

For the first time in a long time, both of them felt peace in their hearts.

The rain slowly started to stop. The clouds began to move away, and a soft golden sunlight appeared in the sky.

It felt like a new beginning.

Arnob looked at Meghla and said, "Maybe this is what love really means."

Meghla asked, "What?"

Arnob smiled.

"No matter how far we go… we always find our way back to each other."

Meghla gently placed her hand over Arnob's hand.

"Yes," she said softly. "Eibhabe fire asha jai… this is how people come back."

The park looked more beautiful than ever. Birds started singing again, and the fresh smell of rain filled the air.

Arnob and Meghla sat together, watching the sunset slowly appear behind the trees.

Their hearts were no longer filled with sadness.

Instead, they were filled with hope, forgiveness, and love.

Sometimes life separates people.

Sometimes time creates distance.

But when love is true, it never disappears.

It waits.

It hopes.

And one day… it finds its way back.

Arnob looked at Meghla one more time and said softly, "Let's start again."

Meghla smiled warmly.

"Yes," she said. "This time… forever."

And in that quiet evening, under the soft golden sky, two hearts that were once lost finally found their way back to each other.

Because sometimes, love doesn't end.

Sometimes…
