After melting the gold he made his way to the bank to exchange most of the gold ,the bank employees were stunned when they saw the amount of gold he brought they were shocked as they questioned each other where someone could get that much gold although such minerals weren't as rare as they were in reality as this planet held them in abundance but they were usually owned by big families and the government.
He managed to exchange them all for almost 40 trillion ,when they asked wheee he got the gold he fabricated a story saying that he came come a very ancient family that had declined and this were their fortunes accumulated over several centuries.
He then made his way to a well known renovation company in this world .He met with a consultant and told them his agenda ,I bought about 200 acres of land and I would love to develop it by building several high rise buildings with atleast 10 floors ,several warehouses that span atleast 400 by 400 meters ,another batch of high rise building with 3-5 floors ,the road should also be developed to some extent with the buildings reinforced with bulletproof windows and the walls reinforced enough to withstand several hundred c4 bombs and the building must be able to withstand temperatures as low as negative 100 degrees and temperatures as high as 100 degrees and a 100 meter wall that surrounds the entire land with watch towers spaced by a fifty meters apart with a large space for parking that's as long as a mile ,an independent water and electricity system , a huge villa in at the very back of the entire structure ,I want this villa to be built like the best ones in the world with with 10 other villas adjacent to it ,also I want them all to be reinforced to the very bone able to withstand nuclear weapons,and at the center of the structure I want a very large space as spacious as 300 meters ,oh and also they must all be completed within the next 11 months no less and no more .
Alex raised his gaze towards the consultant whose mouth was as wide as an egg ,the consultant swiftly regained his composure although through out his career he had seen all sort of requirements this was the first time he had ever come across such ridiculous requirements, cough cough mr Alex your requirements are quite umm special if we were to follow your requirements we would only need about 10 trillion but due to the limited time frame and the need to aquire extra workers and to get you the reinforcement request you have given you would now need about an extra 29 trillion ,Alex nodded calmly and replied moneys not a issue just get the job done the consultants expression brightened thinking about the amount of commission he would get from this project.Hours later after finalising to he design for the project and paying a deposit of ten trillion and a promise to complete the payment after everything was done Alex departed and headed towards his parents home on his way there he contacted his elder brother and his two sisters that he had something urgent to tell them .
