Episode 1 : The End of an Ordinary Life
Rain poured heavily over the city.
Streetlights flickered faintly as water streamed along the empty roads. The cold wind carried the smell of wet asphalt and silence.
Aditya walked alone under the dim lights.
No umbrella.
No rush.
Just another quiet night.
Aditya was nothing special.
Average height.
Average looks.
Average grades.
The kind of person people forget easily.
In school he barely spoke to anyone. Not because he hated people… he just preferred silence.
Peace.
After coming home from school, his favorite thing was simple.
Video games.
Inside those worlds, he could be anyone. A hero. A warrior. Someone important.
Unlike real life.
After finishing school, Aditya's life took a turn he never wanted.
His father forced him to join Mechanical Engineering.
He hated it from the first day.
The machines.
The subjects.
The endless formulas.
None of it felt right.
Still, he tried.
He attended classes.
Took notes.
Studied late at night.
But when the semester results finally came out—
He failed.
A backlog.
The word burned into his mind.
That day something inside him quietly broke.
"Maybe… this isn't for me."
Slowly, Aditya stopped going to college.
Days turned into weeks.
Weeks turned into months.
Most of the time he stayed locked inside his room.
The curtains closed.
The lights dim.
The only glow coming from the screen in front of him.
Games became his escape from reality.
Sometimes his friends forced him out to cafés or small hangouts, but those moments were rare.
Aditya felt like he was drifting through life without direction.
Until one day.
After the second semester ended, he finally made a decision.
"I'm starting over."
He left Mechanical Engineering.
And joined Computer Science from the first semester.
A fresh start.
A new path.
For the first time in a long time, things began to feel normal again.
Classes were interesting.
Coding made sense.
It felt like maybe…
Just maybe…
He had finally found where he belonged.
But fate had other plans.
That night, the rain hadn't stopped.
Aditya was walking home after leaving a small café.
The streets were almost empty.
The sound of raindrops hitting the pavement echoed softly.
Then suddenly—
"Excuse me."
A girl stood a few steps ahead of him.
She looked around his age.
Her long hair was slightly wet from the rain, and she held a small piece of paper.
"Can you tell me where this address is?"
Aditya glanced at the paper.
It was a location nearby.
"Oh… yeah," he said quietly, pointing down the road.
"You go straight from here, then take the second left. It should be near the convenience store."
The girl nodded slowly.
"Thank you."
Aditya gave a small nod and continued walking.
Just another random interaction.
Or so he thought.
Three steps later—
Something cold pierced into his neck.
A sharp, unbearable pain exploded through his body.
Aditya froze.
His hands instinctively reached toward his neck.
Warm liquid ran through his fingers.
Blood.
His legs gave out.
He collapsed onto the wet road.
His vision blurred as the rain mixed with the blood spreading beneath him.
The world felt distant.
The sounds around him slowly faded away.
His heartbeat grew weaker.
Slower.
Slower.
And then—
Darkness.
Complete silence.
Aditya slowly opened his eyes.
But the road was gone.
The rain was gone.
Instead, he stood in a vast empty space filled with soft glowing light.
It felt endless.
Calm.
Almost unreal.
Then he noticed someone standing in front of him.
A woman surrounded by a faint divine glow.
Her presence felt powerful yet peaceful.
She looked at him with calm eyes.
"Aditya."
Her voice echoed gently through the empty space.
"You have died."
Aditya's mind froze.
Died?
He looked down at his hands.
His body felt light… almost weightless.
"What… happened?"
The goddess continued speaking.
"However, your soul has arrived here under unusual circumstances."
She raised one hand.
"For that reason, I will grant you one wish."
Aditya stared at her silently.
A wish.
If he could choose anything…
Wealth?
Power?
Revenge?
No.
After a few seconds, he spoke.
"Goddess…"
"Can I get a ReStart?"
For a moment, the entire space went quiet.
Then the goddess smiled.
"A restart, you say?"
She gently raised her hand.
"Wish granted."
Suddenly—
A massive portal of swirling light appeared behind her.
Energy rippled through the air like waves.
"This portal will send you back."
"Back to the beginning."
"A new life."
"A new chance."
Aditya stared at the glowing portal.
A second chance.
To live again.
To fix everything.
To become something more than an ordinary person.
He took a deep breath.
Then stepped forward.
Toward the portal.
Toward his ReStart.
