Forced to become the wife of one of the most violent and powerful underworld organizations, and the mother of its future leader, Ashley made a vow.

“No matter what, I’ll escape this place!”

But she would soon realize it wouldn’t be as simple as that. Not when the feared members of Dominion clung to her feet, begging,

“Madam, don’t go!”

And when the mute stepson finally spoke, “Mommy, if you’re leaving, please take me with you.”

Finally, her diabolical, obsessive, and utterly territorial husband said,

“I’ve packed our things. Where should we go?”

For a moment, Ashley just stared at the screen and at the familiar greeting she used to see. It stirred a mix of emotions in her heart, especially since she thought she would never go back to this.


"Welcome back, huh?" she muttered as she dragged the chair and sat down. 


After her last mission for the Di Carpios — the time she was arrested and released, lived by herself for a while, thinking Marshal had finally lost interest in her, only for Scott to appear out of nowhere, telling her she was getting married — she told herself she would put everything behind her.
