Slowly, Grace's way of thinking began to change.
Before, she gave gifts out of affection. Now she started calculating.
Instead of asking, "What would make Desmond happy?" she began asking herself, "What could bring me something bigger in return?"
Love slowly turned into strategy.
Wanting to make a bigger move, Grace decided to find out what Desmond truly dreamed of. She approached Moris, one of Desmond's close friends.
"Tell me," she asked him, "what is something Desmond has always wanted?"
Moris thought for a moment before answering.
"A motorbike. He has always dreamed of owning one."
Grace liked the idea immediately.
But there was one problem—she did not have enough money to buy such an expensive gift.
Seeing her frustration, Moris made a shocking proposal.
"I can give you the money," he said quietly.
Grace looked hopeful for a moment, but then he added the condition.
"But you will have to sleep with me."
Grace was shocked and immediately rejected the offer. She left angrily and returned home.
But that night, as she lay in bed, the thought refused to leave her mind.
