Part 1: Sniping in the Dark
Ray, known as the "Lightning Disciple," was training at the isolated "Storm Peak." His speed made him nearly untouchable, even for the elders. But Arthur didn't come to catch him; he came to consume him.
Arthur used the "Allure Talent" stolen from Myra—not to attract Ray, but to mask his "killing intent," making the surrounding energy feel calm and safe. He crawled like a true shadow through his Void Bloodline until he was directly behind Ray.
"Who's there?!" Ray barked, spinning with lightning speed, electricity crackling in his palm.
It was too late. Arthur unleashed the "Void-Flame Palm," but this time, he suppressed it with void pressure to keep it silent. The flames didn't burn Ray's skin; they "extinguished" the lightning in his veins. The genius fell, gasping for air, while Arthur's hand on his heart devoured the [Heavenly Lightning Bloodline].
Arthur felt violent electrical tremors coursing through his body, fused with the coldness of the void. Now, he possessed absolute speed added to his destructive power.
Part 2: The Demonic Gift
Arthur didn't kill Ray instantly; he kept him alive with a faint, dying pulse. He dragged the body to the borders of the sect, near the "Forbidden Mist Forest"—an area where scouts from the Demonic Sect often lurked.
There, Arthur found a patrol of demon disciples. Instead of fighting them, he used his new speed to dump Ray's body in their path, leaving behind clear traces of "Demonic Qi" that he had stored within his Void Bloodline back on Earth.
"Look! It's the Lightning Disciple from Azure Cloud!" one of the demon disciples hissed with greed, thinking they had found a prize to loot.
Arthur retreated silently, watching from afar as the demon disciples began tearing into Ray to harvest his Golden Core. At that precise moment, Arthur triggered an emergency distress signal belonging to his sect.
Part 3: The Great Discord
When the elders of the Azure Cloud Sect arrived, they found the demon disciples desecrating the body of their top genius. The area erupted in fury.
"Those cursed demons! They have crossed every line!" Elder Moa roared, seeing what remained of Ray.
Amidst the chaos, Arthur (as Lian) appeared, panting and pretending he had tried to save Ray and failed. "I saw them... there were too many... Ray sacrificed himself so I could escape and warn you..."
Thanks to this performance, war was officially ignited between the two sects. While everyone was blinded by revenge, Arthur sat in his room, testing his new speed and planning the assassination of his next target amidst the flames of the war he had started.
