The next day, the group kept taking a break every three hours to recover. Sandrine finally read the chat logs to get a general idea of the players' situation. First, a lot of people died at 6am. Some couldn't reach the mileage because their vehicles weren't equipped to drive on wet roads and their wheels didn't have any traction. Some, maybe because the wheels slipped, or maybe because of the reduced visibility thanks to the rain, drove into the black fog and died. Some died even earlier, not having a roof above their heads and being exposed to the rain.
When the servers were merged on the first day, there were 12,473 players. Now on the second day, there were only 10,196 left. More than two thousand had died in a day.
