The water tank was new, with a faucet attached at the bottom.
"This is…"
The five people in the room all found themselves staring at the water tank. To their surprise, it was already a quarter full.
"Could this be Lexy's doing?"
Cordelia asked.
Nina Jacobs nodded. With so many of them, they would probably have to rely on Lexy for their water needs in the coming days.
So whenever Lexy could produce water, she saved it up in this large tank first.
Of course, they couldn't tire Lexy out.
"I heard Keldorn is short on water right now. The fact that Lexy can create water…"
"Don't worry, we know our limits. Miss Jacobs, you saved us, and Lexy did too. We wouldn't tell a soul, not even if you beat us to death!"
Tobin and the others knew that if it weren't for Nina Jacobs, the three of them wouldn't have survived more than a few days.
But none of the five of them slept a wink that night.
"So many people must be waiting for us to bring back water…"
