Chapter 105 - Theresa Takes the Hyperion to Nagazora!

Teacher's dormitory, St. Freya Academy.

During the Second Honkai Eruption, the Sovereign of Anti-Entropy, Welt Yang, had damaged his very foundation after sacrificing his life multiple times.

Now, he served as a teacher at St. Freya while recovering from his injuries.

Welt Yang sat at his desk. Just as he was preparing to rest, he suddenly received a communication from Einstein.

He pulled out his communicator, his gaze narrowing, and then inconspicuously tapped a corner of the desk with his finger.

Blue circuit board patterns suddenly flashed at the spot he tapped.

In the next second, an invisible force enveloped the entire room, isolating the sound from the outside world and projecting an image of Welt Yang working diligently over the scene.

After all, this was Schicksal territory; it was necessary to take appropriate precautions.

"Ein, what is the emergency?"

Welt Yang pushed up his glasses and went straight to the point.

He knew Einstein wouldn't contact him without good reason.

"Welt, something has happened..."

Einstein then patiently informed him of everything that had occurred in Nagazora.

Aside from the intelligence exchanged by Cocolia, there was also evidence found by investigators she and Tesla had dispatched to the scene.

A massive hole had been pierced through the large Honkai energy reactor beneath ME Corp. The internal metal structure had been deconstructed by some kind of force—it was almost certainly the power of Abyss.

But that wasn't the main point. The main point was that not a single trace of Honkai energy remained at the scene!

One must understand that if that Honkai energy reactor had lost control, all of Nagazora would have become a dead zone.

Yet, not only had the reactor been violently destroyed, the Honkai energy that should have leaked out had vanished into thin air.

Aside from a Herrscher actively absorbing it, only the holy blood of the Schariac Family could accomplish such a feat.

In the entire history of the Schariac Family, there was only one Holy Maid possessed of the holy blood capable of neutralizing Honkai energy: Cecilia Schariac!

Near ME Corp, many people had witnessed the 'Miracle' of the Holy Blood Unleash, and quite a few had recorded it on their phones and uploaded it to the internet.

Einstein and Tesla had both watched the footage and found that, aside from the output being smaller than the incident in Siberia, it was basically confirmed.

The Cecilia in Nagazora was the real person!

Furthermore, their people had searched through the registered resident files of Nagazora and found Siegfried's daughter, Kiana Kaslana.

It was now basically certain that the intelligence provided by Cocolia was not falsified, though they couldn't distinguish yet if any lies were mixed in with the truth.

"Also, Cecilia's appearance is directly related to a blonde little girl. Kiana even calls her Auntie."

Based on the intelligence provided by Cocolia, Einstein singled out the most intriguing individual.

"Auntie? That should be Theresa... I've never heard of Cecilia having a sister older than Theresa."

Welt Yang reached a conclusion: "For those of us in the know, the sense of incongruity is too strong, but this is likely a deliberate move by the other party. Her goal is to make people notice her!"

One must not forget that Cecilia was the shared idol of all Schicksal Valkyries during her lifetime, and everyone knew of the relationship between Theresa and Cecilia.

It was no exaggeration to say.

If you stopped any Valkyrie who had been a fan of Cecilia back then and told her that the aunt of Cecilia's daughter wasn't Theresa, the other party would likely refute it immediately.

Replacing Theresa as Kiana's aunt was like spreading one's arms in a crowd and shouting, "Look at me, I'm an idiot!" It was hard to ignore.

She was like a target.

Einstein took up the thread, speculating: "Undoubtedly, the other party isn't afraid of attracting Schicksal's attention, and her confidence likely stems from more than just Cecilia. Welt, I have a bad feeling. Do you think the other party might have other people who are clearly dead in her hands besides Cecilia? For example..."

In the end, she couldn't bring herself to say that person's name.

A trace of nostalgia and sadness flashed in Welt Yang's eyes. He looked out the window with a complex expression at the giant aerial warship flying toward the clouds, murmuring:

"If that's the case, it's truly terrifying. Perhaps even the Herrscher of Death couldn't compare to the Authority in that person's hands."

To resurrect the dead of the past—if even the Divine Keys could be replicated, this was already the realm of God.

Einstein was silent for a long time before finally saying: "I truly hope our guesses are wrong. If the other party can resurrect the dead, we may face the most troublesome enemy in the future."

There have been countless geniuses in various fields throughout history. If they were brought to the same era and made into enemies...

That would absolutely be Hell-level difficulty.

The Hyperion was reflected in Welt Yang's lenses. He watched the warship disappear into the clouds and sighed: "I hope Theresa's trip brings us good news."

They both believed that the blonde little girl was a Herrscher with unknown abilities.

Whether she was a friend or foe remained undetermined.

But judging from her actions in Nagazora, she seemed to be a Herrscher standing on the side of humanity.

However, the intelligence was still too sparse.

The possibility of Otto pulling the strings from behind couldn't be ruled out, nor could the interference of other factions.

Everything would likely be determined once Theresa and Cecilia met.

Since Cecilia was able to reunite with Kiana, it meant Theresa's situation was safer than theirs.

Until they had sufficient certainty, they didn't want to personally confirm whether the spear in Cecilia's hand was still as sharp as it used to be.

Schicksal Headquarters.

Otto looked at the photos and videos sent by his subordinates. His eyes moved slightly, his thoughts unknown.

Time passed.

Elsewhere.

Deep within her consciousness.

Raiden Mei wandered through a pitch-black space.

Not far from her stood a Cross reaching a hundred feet high. It was entirely purple, its surface crackling with lightning as thick as barrels.

There was no concept of time here, nor any way to tell direction; the only light came from that giant Cross.

Dull thunder rolled from the distance like war drums.

"Where is this? I remember after destroying all the mechs Cocolia sent, the continuous power in my body mysteriously drained away, and then everything went black..."

The dark environment made Raiden Mei feel afraid. As she tried hard to recall what had happened before arriving here, she walked toward the only source of light.

The closer she got, the louder the roar of thunder became.

"There couldn't be some terrifying monster imprisoned there, could there...?"

Recalling horror movies she had seen in the past, Raiden Mei grew instinctively nervous, imagining that a terrifying monster was suppressed beneath the Cross.

After walking for an unknown amount of time, Raiden Mei saw, bound to the Cross by chains... 'herself'!
