Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: Hidden Away

~FICTIONAL STORY!~

Alech went outside. Smelling the cold and fresh breeze, as Leo laid in his bed, he thought about what had happened that night. We were still in high school back then. Although we were close, something happened between us. "Why did you hurt her!?" Alech's friend yelled, demanding an answer. "I- I didn't! i…" Leo stammers, trying to defend himself as he looks at Alech's smirking face. She knew she set me up; she knew it was a trap. "Alech please… tell them the truth…" Leo asked softly, searching Alech's eyes for any sign of sympathy. Although she felt guilty, she continued playing the act. Since then, Leo and Alech were never the same. Leo searched his bag for a note that Alech had left for him in his bag before the incident. "-.-- --- ..- / .-- . .-. . / .- .-.. .-- .- -.-- ... / -... . - - . .-. .-.-.-" the note read. "Weird… these are just a bunch of random dots and lines," Leo said to himself. He put the note away and started unpacking when Alech came back. "Such a shame you are back so soon," Leo said, annoyingly, flashing a glare at Alech. She ignored him and went back to her room. "What too scared to talk?" Leo scoffed as he teased Alech even more. "Can you just stop!?" Alech yelled. "Did you stop your friends when we were in high school!?" Leo said, his voice equally as loud. The guilt punched Alech in the gut harder than she had expected. She remained silent until the next day, when Leo met his other friend, Luna. "Hey there, Leo!" Luna said, running up to him and giving him a big hug. "Oh, hey! Didn't see you there?" Leo said, putting his hand behind his head as he awkwardly smiled. "How have you been!" she said excitedly. "Oh, nothing much… Just some other issues," Leo said, yet he spots Alech in the corner, looking… Jealous? "No…" Leo thought. "She wouldn't. I mean, she has a personal grudge against me." After that, Luna and Leo roamed the halls looking for something to do while Alech stood behind, watching. She looked sad and sympathetic, but she masks it with another confident bravado. As Leo and Luna's time was up and they were about to head to class, Luna passed Leo a note. "0926 783 192." It was Luna's phone number. Leo headed back to class, not bothering to check the number yet. After school, Leo went back to their shared dorm. Just as Leo was unpacking, Alech pinned Leo to the wall. "What's with you and Luna?" she demanded.
