Chapter 7 - Chapter 7: The Great Liquidation

The world didn't end with a bang, but with a notification.

On every Den Den Mushi screen from Marineford to the smallest bar in the East Blue, the signal didn't just flicker—it bled. The "Ghost Signal" Arthur had planted wasn't just a leak anymore; it was a virus fueled by the Level 10 Authority he had just stolen from Ren.

Inside the dissolving marble hall, Arthur felt his skin burning. It wasn't physical fire, but the friction of billions of data points screaming through his consciousness.

[Authority Level 10: Fully Integrated]

[New Skill Unlocked: Global Ledger]

[Current Balance: The Fate of 4,000,000 Souls]

"It's too much... isn't it?" The Older Luffy's voice pierced through the static in Arthur's brain. He was standing over the unconscious body of Ren, his shadow stretching across the floor like a living abyss. "The weight of the ink. It's heavy when you're the one holding the pen."

Arthur choked out a dry laugh, his eyes glowing with a terrifying violet-black light. "Heavy? No. It's... profitable."

He turned his gaze toward the woman in the white dress—The Architect. She was no longer smiling. Her umbrella was snapped in half, and for the first time, her "perfect" eyes showed the reflection of a nightmare.

"You don't understand what you've triggered," she hissed, her voice trembling. "By stealing Ren's authority, you've broken the 'Balance'. The Five Elders... Im... they won't just send Admirals. They will activate the Redacted Protocol."

"Let them," Arthur snapped his fingers.

Suddenly, the air behind him tore open. It wasn't a Door-Door Fruit power; it was a systemic breach. Arthur stepped through, followed by the Older Luffy, leaving the Architect and a stunned Dragon in the ruins of their own plan.

Location: The New World – Emperor Blackbeard's Territory

Marshall D. Teach was laughing, a flagon of ale in one hand and a newspaper in the other. But his laughter died instantly when his personal Den Den Mushi turned pitch black and began to scream in a voice that wasn't human.

"Marshall D. Teach," the voice echoed from the snail, cold and transactional. "Your debt to the timeline has reached maturity. It's time to settle the ledger."

"Who is this?!" Blackbeard roared, his darkness swirling around him in alarm. "A prank? I'll kill you!"

Suddenly, the space in front of his throne unzipped. Arthur stepped out, looking not like a survivor, but like an executioner. Beside him, the Older Luffy released a pulse of Haki so violent that Blackbeard's elite commanders collapsed instantly, foam bubbling at their mouths.

"I'm Arthur," the boy said, his Eye of Calculation now a steady, ominous gold. "And I've just bought your future, Teach. You're officially bankrupt."

Arthur raised his hand, and the System interface appeared in the air, visible to everyone in the room.

[Target: Marshall D. Teach]

[Action: Asset Seizure]

[Seizing: Gura Gura no Mi Potential...]

"What... what are you doing to me?!" Blackbeard screamed as the white light of the tremor-fruit began to leak out of his pores, not as power, but as raw, liquid ink.

"I'm not killing you," Arthur whispered, his face inches from the Emperor's terrified eyes. "I'm just deleting your importance to the story."

Marineford – Fleet Admiral's Office

Akainu stared at the monitors in horror. Across the globe, high-ranking Marines and powerful pirates were losing their abilities. Not through battle, but as if they were being erased from the very records of existence.

"Report!" Akainu barked.

"Sir! We've lost contact with the New World! And... and the Holy Land! Mary Geoise is sending a signal!"

"What signal?!"

The officer looked up, his face pale as death. "It's not a code, sir. It's a countdown. They're calling it... 'The Final Edit'."

Back in the darkness of the void, Arthur felt his power peaking. But then, the System in his head did something it had never done before. It didn't send a notification. It sent a Prayer.

[Warning: The Author of the 'Original Manga' has noticed the Breach]

[Status: An Unregistered Entity is entering the Dimension]

Arthur froze. The Older Luffy's expression changed from ruthless confidence to pure, unadulterated dread.

"He's here," Luffy whispered.

"Who?" Arthur asked, his heart hammering. "The Five Elders? Im?"

"No," Luffy said, looking at the ceiling of the void as it began to peel away like a piece of paper being torn by a giant hand. "The one who drew the first line. The one we can't delete."

A massive, ink-stained finger descended from the heavens, hovering just inches above Arthur's head.
