Chapter 20
At first, Arjun and Nandini talked every day.
Then every few days.
Then only when time allowed.
Nandini tried to understand his busy life, but loneliness slowly entered her heart. She watched his success through social media while waiting for simple conversations that rarely came.
One evening she finally said,
"You share stories with the whole world… but not with me anymore."
Arjun, tired after a long meeting, replied without thinking,
"I'm doing all this for our future."
The words sounded practical — but not emotional.
